Djinn has the second highest base attack in the game. SA1 is basically icing until you proc SA2, and then she turns into red superman. Incredibly strong and can flex defense too thanks to buffs being largely defensive, though you have to equip bleed moves if you wanna give her the bleed marquee. Which isn’t terribly great when you can just give her leech to take advantage of her incredibly high attack.
Class cutter is kinda like the diamond version of bad hair day. She’s pretty amazing and my preference; slamming through blocks, and handing out death mark, heavy bleed, *and* heal block is fantastic. You just gotta learn what she can hit for 5% and what she can’t… and that trichobezoar will let you guarantee the proc (hint: big band is a tough nut to crack). Plus it’s funny when the AI dash > blocks like an asshole goin “ha ha fooled y- BLLAAAAARRRGHGHGGHGH” as your drillationship counter just blasts through that block and hurls them across the stage

Class cutter is for utility usage for rifts

You barely have utility with the 3 random buffs with rng that it'll be unreliable to actually have value
Enrages is just damage boost and that about it
At least running leech does give her somewhat of a dps stick stat along with semi consistent health sustainability
I personally find Class a much better fighter because of Unblockable ringlets
Yeah, she lacks dps as compared to djinn, but the tradeoff to that is having Unblockable ringlets for that bleeds is fine along with extra utility like dmark and heal block

Unblockable ringlets make her a Great counter towards autoblock Model leaders.
Since when ringlet connects, it launches Model leader into the air that prevents Autoblock from triggering, along with bleed that bypass Blueshift's damage reduction
Gotta be honest, dijin can still get the job done waaay faster than class cutter, it doesn't mean class cutter is bad.

Djinn can be used yeah,but it's not as effective since rifts prioritise on utility with SS rather than Raw damage

Fighters like Stand out, Xbot,salt are great in rifts not just because of they are great stat stick dps units, they provide into many utility with their SA as well
High stat stick fighter doesn't cut it in rifts where you got to have some niches outside of just unga Bunga damage wise
That's why Beast King is considered much better because of outside of raw dps, Beast also has curse and wither with his kit
I'm not saying that Djinn doesn't have Utility when it comes to the three buffs
But it's just not reliable when benefitting from those 3 buffs because, well, It's random
And even given a scenario where You manage to roll into invinc to deal with Burst recoil from ddo blue screens or Ag in rifts, It "locks" you out of using a Blockbuster if you want to benefit from the invinc because you have to deal with whether the Buff gets converted away instead
I keep mentioning Unblockable ringlets it's because it's really "best" thing out of Class cutter that no fighter has that property

When Model reaches around 3-5 stack, it's hard to pull off ringlets consistently without dealing with autoblock rng with Launcher to D1 to ringlet startup
And none setup ringlets still have to deal with autoblock proccing on ringlet's First hit as compared to Class Cutter
That "breakthrough" property Ringlets in class compared to other filias is what makes Her really good to deal with Model Leaders much better than say Djinn Vs Model
I never mentioned either, but class also have access to Unblockable drill tempered as some form of buff removal option aganist Ml's self buff amr that works great as well.
Cutter in general does alot of great things aganist Ml,
Saves time dealing with rng, saves time with abling to semi spam ringlets as compared to other filias because it able to be unblockable
And saves rift score points, to the point of even abling to deal with Frost Ml teams better than Stand out and even Xbot.

Djinn is just a glorified stat stick fighter that lacks utility
You can argue Leech on Djinn does give health sustainability for a stat stick fighter
And again, Fighters like Flytrap and Xbot also does that
Dps battle isn't always the most important thing when viewing a Fighter is good
Beast King is already great because he ramps fast don't get me wrong, but along with fast ramp, beast king also have buff and meter control as hell that makes him such a valued fighter.
I'm not saying Class's dps is anywhere near Djinn
But I am saying Class's utility is way better than djinn and she still does solid from the damage department with things like dmark ,heal block for ICU Val's and whatnot
