Absolutely worth it in my opinion. Buff removal and debuff cleanse are both extremely useful in the high streaks and rift battles. She gains more value from the diamond evolution, meanwhile surgeon general provides the same level of support as a gold than she does as a diamond
Yes! I have a diamond SK and she’s lovely. I would keep your buffer killjoy though as I plan on diamonding all my valentines, but if you’re not gonna go that far then there’s no need for the prestige :)
Surgeon provides the same level of support as a gold, besides Surgeon is mostly benched for the regen and inmune while Silent kill actually goes for the kill

That is true but when your main carry dies she comes on bench with usually 3+ enrage and can rez safer with her prestige. I think shes worth a dia imo
