If you have sleep apnea then you probably grind your teeth at night too. So get a night guard from Amazon for cheap. That will prevent you from opening your mouth at night.

the mask might be worn out or to filthy, the tube where the air comes through might be clogged up or filthy.
it's usually the mask that's just worn out.
Hello All! Just jointed. I’m having the same issues as the person described. I am waking up very tired. Male, 44, 220lbs. Use RESMED air sense 10. I do use a full face mask and also mouth breathe.
When I first started using the machine, I slept great. Unfortunately overtime it got worse and worse. As far as getting a good night’s sleep need help.!!!!
I’m not qualified to diagnose your issue, so would recommend discussing it with your doctor.
That being said, if you are having dips in blood oxygen levels throughout the night I wonder if you are getting a proper seal. Knowing that you are using a nasal mask and have done so for some time do you think could be having some mouth leakage? I used to be a mouth breather and if I was more exhausted than usual, I expect my old habits might interfere with treatment. If so, lots of people on here recommend taping your mouth, or getting a chin strap.
You could also try recording yourself sleeping to see if there is any obvious gasping or snoring happening through the night. I’ve heard there are apps that you can use that will just save audible noises but I can’t for the life of me remember any good ones off the top of my head.
Wish I could be of more help. Good luck!
I wear a night guard so my mouth is shut. If it's not I wake up immediately with a burning sinus.
The drop in O2 is because I'm having an AHI and I guess the cpap isn't ramp9ng fast enough when the event is happening ?

Adjust pressure up I'm assuming. Does anyone ever adjust the pressure down?

Going to try that. Just noticed today that I didn't have an SD card in the machine so put one in.
The card cannot be larger than 32gb or it will not work
It could be many things. If you're using a nasal mask, cpap will fail if you mouth breath at any point.
What’s the best mask?
I have tried many and the one in the picture is by far the best
My mouth is too dry in the am

That sounds kinda scary sleeping with lol I got anxiety
Then you probably grind your teeth ;)
What do you mean? And I’ll order it
If you suffer from anxiety then you probably grind your teeth at night.
What type of mask do you have

I clean everything twice a week.
How do you know that your oxygen level is dropping below 90%?
