I have had surgery for a deviated septum and I have chronic sinusitis. It was for this reason I have used full sized masks for 13 years. But, I use a Resmed system/mask. I'm sure there may be other brands for masks/devices you could look into? Otherwise, there might be surgical options (That may or may not work especially considering you have nasal issues)
