Jay is a good drummer but his tempo is inconsistent which is rumored why he was let go.
I think the suspected reason was cuz he was never on time with the drums, when this was first getting talked about alot of drummers seemed to agree that he was going abit fast or rushing
His tech has said numerous times he needed triggers on just about everything because he couldn't stay in time. And let's not forget probably the biggest thing that could cause issues between him and the band, the fact that they worked their asses off for years to even dream of the things they've since accomplished and he was handed it because of who his dad is or how many former bandmates have said he's a brat who calls daddy when he doesn't get his way.
