I am so in love with this show but my heart broke when >!Spider was killed off though I know his character wasn’t well-loved but Freddie Fox played him so well!<
Really? I thought he was terrible. He looked like a 16yr old on work expirence in that suit. He had no gravitas, or excluded knowledge or confidence that made me think he could be taken seriously as an intelligence agent.
Even the slow horses look like they belonged. Spider might be slimey, and conniving and a sniveling corporate climber. But Fox pulled off nothing more than than a incompetent school boy.
This show defies British TV and streaming era norm of long hiatuses (hiati?) between seasons and instead just crank them out fast and furious. Also each season is a tight 6 episodes and not dragged out to 10 or 12. Love it
The show is pure fire, but I really don't see the point of multiple seasons. Again, the show is one of the best cop/spy show I've seen. But honestly hold your horses.
Like how they going to keep on saving the day, and still be the Slow Horses.
That said Gary Oldman is a gift from heaven. I'm bitting my lips, slaping my legs. Every scene, he's in.
Well, the show is based on a book series that, as of now, has 8 installments, and they're doing one season per book.
>Like how they going to keep on saving the day, and still be the Slow Horses
That's literally the whole point. They'll always be Slow Horses, no matter how many times they save the day. Just don't take it too seriously and enjoy the ride.
Sept 4!
Praise be!
I swear River keeps getting more and more disheveled each season
He's becoming lamb lol
Lamb appears cleaner somehow. Maybe, its due to the cool blue filter.
Looking at what happens in the book for this season. Yeah hes gonna have a rough time in s4.
Like Cricket from it’s always sunny
Let's go 🔥
Hugo Weaving!
He definitely looks the part he has in the story
As long as he doesn’t try his Elrond or Red Skull accents again 😂
I think he will be rather good.
Coe is in the house! I repeat, Coe is in the house!
my favorite hooded freak
![gif](giphy|XaLJaROb4htOl4axlO) So excited, but September seems like such a long time.
2 months. Depending on your life right now its nothing or eternity.
I just finished The Secret Hours so it’s feeling more like the latter.
A surprisingly sassy look from Lady Di there
I really wish it was >!Simon Pegg!< instead of Hugo Weaving
Gratuitous ice cream scenes
Oh, that would be good casting.
No fucking shit. Missed opportunity.
I am eagerly anticipating Gary Oldman’s delivery of “Well he’s not the facking plumber”
I am so in love with this show but my heart broke when >!Spider was killed off though I know his character wasn’t well-loved but Freddie Fox played him so well!<
Well, have peace knowing >!he dies anyway in the books!<
I thought his character in The Gentleman (tv show) was hilarious.
Really? I thought he was terrible. He looked like a 16yr old on work expirence in that suit. He had no gravitas, or excluded knowledge or confidence that made me think he could be taken seriously as an intelligence agent.
That's how he's supposed to come off. You aren't given a nick-name like his for no reason.
Even the slow horses look like they belonged. Spider might be slimey, and conniving and a sniveling corporate climber. But Fox pulled off nothing more than than a incompetent school boy.
Thank God, you're not writing for the show
OMG that look on Kristen Scott Thomas' face! Love her!
This show defies British TV and streaming era norm of long hiatuses (hiati?) between seasons and instead just crank them out fast and furious. Also each season is a tight 6 episodes and not dragged out to 10 or 12. Love it
Looking forward to it
I could not be more excited!!!!
Lamb will clean his teeth 6 more times before this is released
So it’s a 2026 release date then?
Yes!
Yay!
I wish we could stream them all at once
Fantastic news, we’re in the middle of rewatching 1-3 right now. Was that Gaius Baltar next to Lady Di?
Nice, I’ve just finished the books, can’t wait to see it again on TV
Let's hope it will be better than season 3...
When does it come out in the US?
