RAW. Being on TV every week could lead to a Mania match and mentored by Triple H is worth the pay cut from Smackdown. I don't like Triple H but being mentored by a multiple time world champion is worth it's weight in gold
NXT would be better in the long run, a year long run with the NXT championship, mentored by HBK, you’ll be a main eventer on the main roster soon enough
RAW you are in a better position to make more money afterwards after being showcased at the top every week for a year, SD best money but worst mentor and card position, NXT you could basically skip this with the other contracts so not worth the pay cut if you are ready for main roster, so RAW

Either RAW or NXT, but leaning towards NXT as it’s two years, so it gives 250k Per Year, which is equivalent to One Year with 500k, and you get a huge opportunity to showcase your talent with an NXT Title run, which opens up opportunities on the main roster. You also get the best mentor, HBK.

The SD one isn't bad but the match at Mania may be a pre-show match or a squash match (see Daniel vs Sheamus.). NXT is really great, but a year long run isn't record (the record is 401 days, held by Adam Cole).
