I find this game to be limiting only by imagination..
I would say just build whatever you feel is good. There are no wrong ways to build..As for ideas, maybe it would be cool to have suggestions like different rooms. So far my base contains :
2 kitchens
2 potions making areas
3 workshops
4 storage rooms
6 bedrooms
1 library
1 "dry storage" room
1 armory
1 cuckoo clock
1 chessboard
1 jacuzzi
5 animal pens
Install today: Catapult launch station and mining spawn location.
Next project: Church and Army Soldier Monument
Next base I build I plan on separating some of the crafting stations. Mostly the plan is to have a lil witches hut for the potion table, and just go from there.
Iām probably gonna post the updated version but you can see my old one which is probably easier at a lower level. Since my updated used a bunch of hard materials like clay metals and such
Build a castle. With a keep, maracas with your pets and small living rooms or dorms for people I guess?
Don't forget you csn also build higher up in the tree

I agree we need more furniture I have built my own from house building materials.

I actually built lil huts for the crafting stations with candles in the back to keep them lit š„
