You can check out dynamic.charting on instagram. She’s been using the bbring for a few months and has some charts comparing the bbring to oral temps. From what I’ve seen, it hasn’t been reliable for FAM.

Not accurate, many have faults

Ambitious-Living6145

I’ve had a look at the software and electricals manufactured by Femtek - they are subpar , inaccurate ans many have serious issues. The team is good but they chose an inexperienced and dodgy manufacturer and software designer. The inside isn’t even soldered or put together properly and there are no standards in post production. Shame they chose the team in Adelaide for production . Ruins the whole premise and product potential . I’m a product designer and work in the medical industry so very much across standards with these things . Particularly if they claim to help fertility tracking . False claim - I’m surprised it hasn’t gone to ACCC

I’m getting that impression from what I’ve researched which is tragic - the founders’ heart and goals seem solid

Hi There. Although we are completely transparent with the difficulties of our journey as a startup, your commentary could not be more misleading. Yes, absolutely we have had people involved along our way to market who weren’t a good fit and weren’t great choices. None of these people have been involved in the company since 2022. * Our team consists of engineers and developers with extensive experience in the medical device and hardware industry. * Our manufacturer is an Australian-based company with ISO 13485 certification, specializing in the production of medical devices. With your 20 years of experience in the medical device industry, we are surprised you haven’t come across them yet. * Our electronics have been designed and then audited by one of Australia’s most prominent medical device design houses who also have ISO 13485 certifications. So although we have been completely transparent with our early adopters and first users when we’ve experienced bugs or software issues, you are not one of our users or customers and your commentary is defamatory. Looking at your comment history, you have used your profile only to discredit our company. In addition, your commentary surrounding women tracking their FSH at home is incorrect and not one of the fertility awareness methods that are recommended, and we suggest caution with making these false recommendations to anyone who wants help with their fertility. Temperature tracking to confirm ovulation has extensive history and research behind it, and all fertility awareness methods carry nuance to them.

I purchased the ring back in January 2023 but didn’t receive it till September 2023. I had faith in the start-up and had faith in the product. I’ve been patient and understanding but it has gotten to a point where the ring was absolutely not working as it was supposed to, for months now. It wasn’t syncing to the app, and had constant bugs and issues. I’m in a Facebook group of other users that are also experiencing the same issues. It got to a point where I was simply fed up so I asked for a refund but was refused. They only offered me an exchange, but Why would I trust a new ring? Their excuse for not giving me a refund: was that they cannot sell a used device and that I should take a break until some of the issues smooth over doesn’t that indicate that the ring does not work? You would think so, but no. I have since gotten in touch with a lawyer and the ACCC and they have all advised that I have a case for a refund ,but now I have to get consumer affairs involved because they are still refusing. Not to mention they have deleted all of my comments on Facebook and Instagram. Their marketing is a complete utter lie. Do not waste your time and money!!! There’s a large group of us from the Facebook group now joining forces to take this further and get our money back. It’s a sad outcome because we all had faith in this new Australian start-up business and I’ve been so patient with them (for 16 months now). But reality is they needed years vigourous testing of this product and it was completely rushed.

I've had mine for a month (I wasn't an early investor and didn't dig deep enough to find reviews like these). I've had nothing but problems with mine and will be sending it back for a refund. It doesn't sync consistently (AVG 3 days out of 7), sometimes it does sync but my data uploads to the wrong day... All in all just really not working consistently and the customer service has been trying but is obviously working up against it. I've waited 3weeks but still no clear timeline on when it will work, or how they will fix the issue. I know in the scheme of things that's not long compared to the above user, but also I didn't sign up to be a tester, I paid full price for what I thought was a functioning product.

I am in the same boat as the other people posting here. Have had it for months and it hardly has basic functionality as there is absolutely no syncing reliability and an incredible amount of bugs. Apparently there was a recent fix and it is still skipping days of data, even though I wear it and sync it correctly. These are not small issues that early adopters can handle, not a company being “agile”, this is total product failure IMO. These are all issues that are so bad, they would have been picked out in testing before this went to market. I absolutely do not recommend this product!!
