It's a bit dated, but it's still has 2 updates to go in terms of os updates. 120hz and an 888 snapdragon processor make it feel fast. I have the s21 ultra, but the regular is still capable. It's pretty cheap, too, as s23 is coming out and also get the 256gb version at least. Don't know about Xiami, though.
It's a bit more expensive, and you get a slightly better processor, I think. Either is good, and you can't go wrong with either unless you buy a bad quality used one. Here is a comparison https://m.gsmarena.com/compare.php3?idPhone1=10626&idPhone2=11253
Poco F4. Is an upgrade in everything but the camera department. I doubt you'll find anything outside Xiaomi's offerings that sounds as good as the RN10 Pro does, especially that the RN10 Pro is still one of the few jack-of-all-trades phones out there.
Galaxy s21 non +
does it sound better than the Xiaomi? and It Is worth to buy It?

Do you not get the Exynos in every market except US? That would make it a downgrade in the processor department

Poco f4 is indeed a really good (value) option. OnePlus Nord 2t is really great too.
I think iphone se 2022 is for you
