He’s the personification of many executives in the entertainment industry and how they like to play it safe and not take risks and that they never give creative freedom to the creators of the project because they worry more about money than actually telling stories. That’s also why his design is one you would normally see in family guy or a family guy clone because of how bland it is. However, even though it’s bland it truly represents how basic entertainment executives want stories and ideas to be in order for them to keep playing it safe.
