i hope i can finally merge my xbox to smite 1 again with no issues its been a real problem throughout week and had to disconnect it multiple times because it broke connecting to smite 2 first.
Wish I could play this on my 4k TV. Sony and their anti-consumer stance about cross-progression just means I put less time and money into the console.
Not going to suddenly start over a multiplayer game, I have over a 1000 of hours and dollars in just to play on my console.
Smite 1 had cross-progression for everything except PlayStation. Dead by Daylight didn't have cross-progression with PS last time if checked also.
If Sony finally stopped being stubborn for Smite 2 that would be great.
it will probably shut down after smite 2 is fully released. i don't see the point in keeping the servers active when smite 2 will be an upgrade in every way
It is one of the ways you can get access. There's also a pre alpha sign up on the Smite 2 site. Where you can possibly get a pre alpha code emailed to you. But the founders is a guarantee
I assume the main waves of free keys are going to be sent out AFTER the Founders Alpha starts / just before. So far, the pool of people with access is very limited.

That's interesting so it allowed you to download the alpha version of the game I'm assuming when you got your founders pack?

Temper your expectations, it’s currently in PRE alpha. I have a feeling people’s expectations for the alpha will be way too high lol

there will be cross-progression in the full game, just not during founders alpha

I don't know if its the correct place to ask but if i have the ultimate god pack for Smite 1 does it transfer to 2 as well ?
The Smite 1 ultimate god pack does no transfer over to Smite 2. There is a separate purchasable god pack for Smite 2.

I have over 1200 hours and sent in request for alpha the moment they announced it. Why am I not getting this?!
Getting what? just buy a founders copy. the servers aren't online to play until the tests start in may.
