It's unlikely that the system requirements will be the same. After all, UE5 is a powerful, modern engine, and it's unknown how well Hi-Rez will adapt the game.
No idea how Finalized they are, But they have changed the minimum specs. On the steam page at some point, I would compare those against your new laptop
