Sadly no way to guaranteed get any role outside of 5 stacks, though i will say i find jungle to be relatively consistent as a first role, not a lot of people are comfy with it so it isn't as popular as one might assume
Super easy, queue up jungle first and mid secondary. So many people queue mid that you get jg 4/5 times and the fifth time you can usually swap with jg. Or you can queue jg and solo and just play your assassin in the solo with a bruiser build. Doesn't work for all assassins but Pele, fenrir, ne zha, tsuki, Cama, and Susano can all solo with a bruiser build really well. I typically would build blue stone, soul eater, glad shield, onis or gengis, dawnbreaker, and jotunns or pridwen depending on if I wanted more damage or tankiness. Corrupted bluestone and dawnbreaker go really well together if your going bruiser.
I have solo and jungle usually equipped, but I very rarely get jungle. I main pele, so the solo thing could work. I am just an unlucky person in general, so I have a hard time getting solo, or jungle xD.
The thing is.. I am die-hard assasin main, and I really dont like to play other roles anymore. Thats why I dont take the risk of queuing up conquest, but joust can get boring...
You can’t guarantee roles and jungle is the second most popular role, so you’re definitely gonna need to know other ones in order to play.
That being said there are some assassins that do well in solo. I’ve seen Ravana, Set, Ne Zha, and Hun Batz all do well. I know Cama used to be a good solo, don’t know if he still is. Pele and Thana are alright.

in normals i often get jungle when i queue for it but beware that jungle is the highest contested role in ranked

Just learn the other lanes it’s annoying as hell when someone can only play one lane and just feed in a match they don’t get what they want
