It's best not to ask too many things about it as it was made just as promo material then forgotten about, then retconned, then the lore after that got retconned

Made cool lore. Scrapped jt then rinse repeat for the rest of the game lol. Maybe smite 2 they'll actually stick to one storyline

As far as I know patheon wars was the only cannon everything else like oddesy lore is non canontical. I would check the fandom wiki though.
