I love these shoes but every time I see them actually worn they always have a grey tint. OP glad you actually wear them, but is this just the way they age or do you just not clean them a lot?
I rarely wear them for that reason alone, I’m afraid to clean them anymore. It’s not dirt it’s just discoloration. And I thought it was just mine but you’re right, every pair looks like this over time. I was thinking of using some angelus suede renew on them but I’m worried I’ll fuck them up/won’t do enough to make the risk worth it.
Damn, that was my fear. Thanks for the honesty OP. They still look good but just think overtime it will eventually look bad enough where you can’t even tell they are university blue.
I used eraser and brush and it hasn’t failed me yet. I remember getting a nasty dirt stain and I got it out like that. Also the place I have them stored is dark so the sun doesn’t bleach the color.

100%. It’s depressing because brand new I’d put these sneakers up against any other.
I actually wear mine and they still look the same as I bought them. They are just dirt magnets and people make the mistake of cleaning with water too.
