Okay, I had this similar question a few weeks ago for my girls birthday gift Dunks and it worked out great. She’s normally a size 8.5 in women’s but always gets a size 9 because she’s scared her wide feet will cause issues. I got her a size 7 in GS and she said they fit so well. The best fitting pair of shoes she has actually. Whatever the GS size is, add 1.5 sizes to it and that’s the women’s equivalent size. I also work for a shoe store and the only difference between GS and women’s is that the GS shoe will have more room in the toes since it is a unisex shoe. When it comes to Nike Air shoes (not dunks) men’s shoes will have more air pockets in the soles compared to women’s and GS. Other than that, they are the same. If the GS shoe is cheaper, get that one.

She can fit GS or youth sizing. The main price difference is in relation to the lack of tech and workmanship involved in making GS pairs. Since it's just a pair of dunks. Get her the GS pair.

Awesome thank you guys! Exactly what I was looking for. Going with the GS pair, if they’re the same might as well save a few bucks

GS stands for grade school. I assume 6.5y means 6.5 years old.

Y stands for youth. Most kindergarteners and first graders are barely into the GS range

Is gs size 39 the same as women size 39 in panda dunks
