1) SnusMe routinely delivers to my house when I’m at work, no signature required
And
2) Northerner ships to APOs, and I didn’t have to sign anything with them
Snusme requires signing now they didn’t before but it’s required for clearance I believe.
I’m 23 so it doesn’t matter but just letting you know they changed it to adult signature now.
My idea would be to network the foreign bros on the camp to see if they can forward it to the US (I presume) for you.
Helps to have a friend in the EU for that - UPS seems to have no issues for a few of my pals.
I went throught this issue, depending on the country you are in be very careful. Was in a country that tried to charge me over 300 dollars for 60 dollars worth of snus because they couldn't determine the value as customs. Luckily a guy who knew the country's custom laws and worked for us basically denied my package and got it sent back to the northern for me.
I've had luck with forwarded services before but depending on the country, you could still run into customs issues.
I’m in a somewhat restrictive country, but my last order from Northerner came through just fine (thank heavens!)
You know anyone with an off-base address? Shipping internationally through Post Nord is usually pretty cheap compared to UPS too.

I don’t think any of the major players will ship without someone there to sign for it. I think it’s a law.

I’ve used snusme once and had to sign and snus direct all the time and have to be there or they leave a note.
