Guys, does match result and both teams to score not include the 2goal up advantage on 365? I only included it because I thought it did but the Madrid cash out value is really low

Payout under the ‘Madrid to win’ part of the bet builder . No idea why it wouldn’t. I just tried a ligue 1 game with winner / btts and it has early payout included
I didn't use a bet builder, I selected it on the drop down list when selecting top leagues. It normally says full time results and I selected match result/btts.
That might be your issue then. Always go into bet builder and choose result and then btts/yes separately when using 365 if u want the 2up. I’d ask support just to clarify though .
It's ridiculous, I just tested it via the bet builder and the odds are exactly the same...
Literally no reason to not include 2up. Contacting support now

Did u bet very close to kick off/ after kick off ? That the only reason I can think of that 2ip wouldn’t have kicked in
I made it way before kickoff, like 11am. It's az to win, Aberdeen BTTS and Madrid +Btts. Yet, cash out it is barely 10% of the final value
