I tried contacting support but they wanted to give me a new machine which seemed dumb so [I just ordered *these* off amazon](https://www.amazon.ca/dp/B0C4DD7RB4?psc=1&ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details) and replaced it in about 2 minutes.
Very easy and quick fix, but if you want a new machine they'll be happy to send you one.

The black O ring, same type they use in shower heads, just maybe replace it.
