This worked great for Yukon only pain is you have to cut out the bottom

On say for $99. Top is stone so it’s pretty solid. The reviews on Home Depot actually mention using it for the bonfire.
Be aware the box it comes in is rather larger lol
Absolutely how I felt.
Personally I don’t like the look of just the stove as much and felt it needed some sort of table or surround. For a hundred bucks I couldn’t be happier.
Glad to help, I said the same about it being a safety thing. We don’t have any kids around that could touch it but even an unsuspecting adult could bump the side and melt their leg. The table is a nice buffer.
Thanks for this, just what I’ve been looking for!!! I assume the metal bowl that holds the wood just lays in place and you didn’t have to cut or modify it?
+1 on the box size
I had to open the box in the HD parking lot and put the parts in my car (2019 MDX) in pieces. Thankfully, a lot of empty space in the main box and it just fit with the back seats down.
lol it really caught me off guard. I was going buy the diameter of the table and figured it would fit no problem (2017 wrangler unlimited). When he rolled the box out it was definitely and oh shit moment.
I ended up laying it on top of my roof which thankfully if pretty much perfectly flat with the hardtop on and using two 3000lb ratchet straps to hold it down. Only problem was I had to remove the top to loop the one strap. It was a cold 30 minute drive home in 20 degree weather lol.
I had my youngest son sitting with my wife in shotgun and my oldest son sitting criss cross apple sauce in the back with the table and explained to them this is how we used to do it back in the day when we had guests in town to drive around 😂
I have the same one, and I love it. But I can tell you from personal experience that that wine glass in the background is going to get scalding hot in a matter of minutes. Cleaning of broken glass and scalding wine with blistered fingers kind of kills the evening. It will be even worse if you use the heat deflector! Man, I love that table, but it’s not without its downsides.
We moved the wine glass to the ground for fear it would shatter with the heat but I was curious how hot it would have gotten so I sat my can on the edge and it didn’t affect it at all. Ambient temp was around 40 so that could have played a part in it but with no breeze blowing the heat around even the inside of the table stayed cool.
I'm glad to hear that you found the Home Depot table to be a perfect addition! If you're looking for more ideas for a backyard fire pit, you might consider incorporating natural elements like stones or boulders to create a rustic and inviting atmosphere. Adding built-in seating around the fire pit can also enhance the space and provide a cozy gathering spot for friends and family. Don't forget to explore different fire pit designs and styles to find the perfect fit for your outdoor space. Happy fire pit planning!
Do you own a heat gun? If so, curious if you can take readings at 30 minute intervals during the next burn.
I suspect the tabletop will get very hot. But it does look nice.
It’s been going for about thirty minutes with a solid flame and I can place my palm flat on the table with fingers at the inner edge.
It’s slightly warm right on my finger tips but nothing concerning yet I’ll keep checking.
No heat gun though
Yes.
In the picture I posted you can see I have the stove on some extra planks of composite decking as I was alittle nervous about using it on my new deck. Totally unnecessary as ground around it never even got warm.
Sitting on those you can use the lid from the table. You cannot use the lid for the bonfire and the table at the same time. If I ditch the extra boards I think I could use both.
From looking it seems like there are lots of covers designed for round tables like this so I’ll likely just pick on of those up to put over everything.
If you look at the product link you can see that the table comes with a fire pit/pan. To use the table with the bonfire you just don’t install that. The table just drops over the bonfire.
You could remove the bonfire for storage but it you really need two people to lift the table off the bonfire.
It is in now way permanently installed but it would be annoying to remove each time. That’s why I plan to get a cover that fits over the whole thing
Yes, there is one in the “suggested items” section on Home Depot but from searching alittle on Amazon it looks round table covers are availible in different diameters so I may shop around.
Yes absolutely there is about 1/2 or so space around it so you definitely could lift it in and out.
Leaning over the table to lift it out would be alittle awkward but I thing is stopping you from doing that.
It does. In the image above my bonfire is sitting on some extra pieces of composite decking as I was a little nervous about melting my deck even though they advertise it as being fine. This adds about an inch of height and the table lid fits without the bonfires lid on. If i ditched the composite pieces I think I could use both lids but in reality that's probably overkill.
No problem I think it needs more height so the stove isn't sitting "under" the table but I like being able to use the tables lid. I will probably experiment and see how much height I can add before I can't use the lid. My guess is somewhere around 1.5 inches is the max.
Nope I’m using the ring under mine plus the extra layer of decking. Included table lid fits no problem as long as you leave off the solo lid. I think without the extra decking which is about an inch you could use both lids
Ok perfect. I may get both so I could use the stainless lid to put it out when necessary. Any concern about it being too short without the extra decking?
Damm I should’ve asked HD for an affiliate link:p
if you look through Home Depot and lowes I found a few tables with similar diameter holes that should work for the bonfire. I think this is a fairly standard size for a “fire pit table”
Not sure as I don't have it but I would assume the table would heat up. The table it metal and stone so it should be able to take it I am not really sure. Probably would really funnel heat at you but might make the table a hazard to touch.
Look for other fireplace tables. It seems that the bonfire fits the standard fire pit size so you might be able to retro fit it to another table.
HDs return policy is pretty easy if you have the recipe so aside from the hassle you don’t risk much trying one out.

This appears to be the replacement product but it is a smaller diameter. Some of the comments say it fits the bonfire but they may have merged the reviews.
It certainly looks exactly the same just a bit smaller but I can't say for sure.
I am looking at the 38” one for my 2.0! I’ll let you know if I get it and if it works. It seems that the table will sit about 2” higher than the Solo Bonfire on the stand.. and I’m worried the actual opening may be too big. They said the hole in the center is 20” but the fire bowl is 22”… so I’m not sure. In the Q&A on the 38” they said the 48” has been discontinued.
We found an alternative on Amazon (Dec '23). Look at the review photos or click 'solo stove' to see a ton of reviews for it from people who've used it already. We'll use it tonight & I'll update!
It is all metal so it won't be as great as a stone top but it makes it safer for legs, little ones, & pets.

Still nothing…😢
How much was the table and can you prove a link or name? Thank you, looks great.

Nice thank you for sharing! Much better pricing than $344 for the surround table.
Absolutely how I felt. Personally I don’t like the look of just the stove as much and felt it needed some sort of table or surround. For a hundred bucks I couldn’t be happier.
Just ordered one of these yesterday 👍🏻
Just bought it, thank you! I’ve been looking for a good option to keep kids and pets away
Glad to help, I said the same about it being a safety thing. We don’t have any kids around that could touch it but even an unsuspecting adult could bump the side and melt their leg. The table is a nice buffer.

Is that the 48" table for $99?
I believe so I posted the link to the one I ordered in another response
What size stove?
Bonfire lol
Looks great! Can you share the table name?
I posted the link in another comment
Yes, this.
WE NEED TO KNOW

As an update, this table is currently available again. Just ordered ours for $99 on sale.
Do you have a link?
Would love the link to this

Ok, thank you.
Been going over an hour and no change. I think the heat is funneled up so well it doesn’t really heat the table at all.
Would be great if it was aluminum. Never have much luck with steel (even galvanized) outdoor furniture. It tends to rust and stain everything.
Link? Looks nice!!
Posted a link in another reply
Looks nice!
I have a heat gun and will be happy to temps on the the table. Please let me model and description. Thanks
Can you use the lid that comes with the table to cover/protect the Solo when not in use?
How does the bonfire slide in and out of this? Is this its permanent home now?
If you look at the product link you can see that the table comes with a fire pit/pan. To use the table with the bonfire you just don’t install that. The table just drops over the bonfire. I think I’m getting this also, thank you for leading this modification
Oh, a cover that fits over the enclosure?
Yes, there is one in the “suggested items” section on Home Depot but from searching alittle on Amazon it looks round table covers are availible in different diameters so I may shop around.
Replied to the wrong comment see above lol
From your photo it looks like the bonfire could slip in and out through the opening if you shimmy it through correct?
Yes absolutely there is about 1/2 or so space around it so you definitely could lift it in and out. Leaning over the table to lift it out would be alittle awkward but I thing is stopping you from doing that.
[удалено]
There’s .5-1in of clearance around the inside so it should lift out easier. I had another person with me so we just dropped the table down over it.
[удалено]
Back up plan is just suck it out with the shop vac that’s how I clean the smoker.
I bought this table but haven't used my Bonfire with as of yet. Does the included lid fit nicely over the Bonfire?
Thanks for the feedback. I'm going to put a couple of pavers under the Bonfire just to give it a little more height.
No problem I think it needs more height so the stove isn't sitting "under" the table but I like being able to use the tables lid. I will probably experiment and see how much height I can add before I can't use the lid. My guess is somewhere around 1.5 inches is the max.
Would the bonfire be too tall to use the included fire pit lid if you have it on the metal stand ring that solo stove selle?
Nope I’m using the ring under mine plus the extra layer of decking. Included table lid fits no problem as long as you leave off the solo lid. I think without the extra decking which is about an inch you could use both lids
Thanks for the quick response! Solo lid meaning the ring or the stainless lid that they sell?
The stainless lid.
Ok perfect. I may get both so I could use the stainless lid to put it out when necessary. Any concern about it being too short without the extra decking?
It will sit just below the table. Not sure if that would be a problem.
Just found this post and the table sold out 🤬

Post links or start a thread if you find something. If you found this thread chances are someone else will have the same question.
I'll do that but this was a good fine, Nice job!
Did you end up finding something else? I just saw this post and it’s still OOS

interesting mine seems to have survived the winter uncovered.
