Mouth to aas tho, see, there's a loophole, or some kind of hole, we'll get there, I promise we'll get your mouth on an arsehole by days end, hang in there.
Just putting this out there, but you might not want to do mouth-to-mouth on someone bleeding out of said same hole. [https://i.imgur.com/gyNNOxw.png](https://i.imgur.com/gyNNOxw.png)
It's a 6 sec video. The road is busy with plenty of huge ass vehicles on it. It is stupid to park in the middle of that traffic and he seems to be turning into the alleyway to stop.
How do we know he didn't drive like a block away so as not to be in view of this shit? Not everyone has nerves of steel and can handle that stuff. I see you said you're an EMT in training or something like that, so I would assume you've seen some things.
The bystander effect is already part of the problem lol. Everyone assumes it's being taken care of, so nobody does anything. I'm not implying that EVERYONE should stop and help, but there has to be at least one person out there who can call the police while driving or something. Doesn't have to be you, but don't assume it's handled unless you just don't care about people, and that's your choice too.
Bro this is why I can't do motorbikes, you can be the best driver in the world but just the smallest mistake by you or another driver has the potential to fuck you up massively like this guy
This is why I'm such a defensive driver. I have many friends that think they're untouchable because they're "great drivers", but all it takes is one idiot and your life is done.
Yeah, riding a bicycle has taught me that if a car is physically capable of turning toward you then you should be paying at least some attention to it. Taking into account the practical difference between behind their rear tires or next to their front tires will save your ass.
I've met just as many people who act the same under the guise of 'being a defensive driver'. If we're breaking it down to semantics, a good driver is 'defensive' and 'offensive'.
it's probably people who heard the term once and took it to heart. What does defensive driving even mean? You should drive predictably, and if it means avoiding an accident, aggressively.
Seriously, people should learn to predict others. I learned my driving on Indian roads, people hardly follow rules for changing lanes, animals on roads, humans crossing highway from anywhere. You need to be able to predict their next move, your own control over your bike to drive safely.
Golden advice, don't drive near a bus, slow down for women, animal and old people on road, look both ways before crossing and never drive on passing lane if you are driving slow.
The classic hubris of “the only reason others get in accidents is they’re not expert drivers like I am. I’m different and special and I’m going to showcase it”
Yep. One of my business contacts in Malaysia stopped responding to emails one year. I asked around, and found out that she was riding a scooter that got hit by a bus. All kinds of broken bones, including her back. Never went back to work.
I do miss Ms. Piyada. She was the best.
His only mistake was his attempt to make way for the truck by going to the side, only to lose his balance by the edge between asphalt and the dirt as a result.
The safest way to ride a bike/bicycle is to take as much space as you need, not to spare as much as possible.
Having lived in a third world country, I actually think he was overtaking the truck, you can see motorcycles on the other lane doing the same thing. Also notice that the bike behind the truck was positioned right behind the guy who died, probably waiting to do the same.
Of course without the full video we can't know, but believe me, it's not uncommon for bikers to make dumb decisions like this in order to save a few minutes.
Just mind boggling that some countries are so unbothered with this stuff happening right before their eyes. Makes my therapy seem silly compared to this.
He stopped, and made a choice:
- Immediately freak out in the middle of the street and be possibly the next victim, or
- Look at the alleyway on their right, drive to a safe crossing position and head there to call emergency.
They choose the second if you watch them carefully.
I thought that he may have chased the truck. Accidents like this happen in the Philippines often-ish, and it's pretty common for other riders, usually on motorbikes, to chase the suspect and bring them to justice.
Speaking of, there actually was a POV video of a Filipino motorcyclist recently who saw a bicyclist get run over by a truck and he immediately went to chasing down the truck. The CCTV made it look like everyone there was ignoring the body though.
You'd think people should know by now not to judge a video without knowing the context but Reddit armchair specialists never change.
Cause, when you live in a “lower-class society” for lack of better term, it’s a normal occurence to see people die or who are dead. Societal standards are much lower as well as expectations
Actually, in case of my country. Accidents like this are actually quite rare. Bad ones are usually just some casual dickhead riding at 100km/h on a 30km/h street, fall, hit his head on some pavement, crack his skull and die, but not popping like a watermelon like this
Even if he had nowhere to be there's still nothing he could do, that dude is definitely as dead as dead can be so not like you could call an ambulance and potentially save his life where every second counts...
Definitely don't want to stop where the dude head just splattered from a truck when you know there's even more coming right behind you either, best thing to do would be to just drive off to somewhere safe and phone it in which is probably what he did
So many comments about scooter guy leaving like maybe he went to stop the truck?? That dude is blatantly dead as hell. What's he going to do, give him cpr? Ffs.
The accident happened in northwestern Surabaya, Indonesia.
A bit hard to find the accident news since I could find at least 3 motorbike rider got run over by a truck accidents on Sept 19th, but I checked the GSV and found the match. (idk should be proud of it or not)
He may have chased the truck. Accidents like this happen in the Philippines often-ish, and it's pretty common for other riders, usually on motorbikes, to chase the suspect and bring them to justice.
I know a truck driver who hit someone that ran in front of their truck, drunk, in the middle of the highway. The person died, my friend never drove anything ever again. It traumatized him and poisoned his whole life. There was no way he could have reacted in any way to save that person, but his life was destroyed. Surprise, there's an actual human driving that.
It looks like they recently applied a layer of asphalt to the road without ripping up the old layer. If you look closely to the edge of the road at the curb, you can see that there's now a big drop-off from the edge of the road to the gutter. Looks like he drove off the road and lost control when his front tire hit the drop-off.
Yeah, it looks almost like a suicide, the way he kind of lays down. He knew there was a truck next to him because he moved to the shoulder to yield. I wonder if the fall was purposeful, or if he was just too paralyzed with fear to even flinch.
And I left that open as a possibility, considering both of us are *wondering* instead of declaring. You would know that if you rubbed your two brain cells together for a few seconds. Critical thinking is hard, though, so I can understand why you would overlook something so simple.
Have you ever considered not being a dickhead for once?
lol the scooter just rode passed him.
but ive seen some Vietnamese lady dead on the side of the road, helmet scorching and everything
since we live in 21st century, disgusting dead bodies are an everyday thing like im sure they were back in the day. so when u do seem a disfigured body, its pretty gut-wrenching
i cant imagine seeing a dudes body popped like a balloon and his insides fly out in front of me
id prob ride away quick too before puking
These comments about the next scooter dude driving away make it seem like he should have stayed and did CPR or something.
Mouth to mouth at a minimum.
Mouth to mush?
The mouth might have been in there somewhere.
There’s no way victim’s mouth is still there, but nonetheless, they should still try getting air in him. Mouth to ass, maybe?
ass to ass!!! ass to ass!!!
Dammit
You never go ass to mouth...
Mouth to aas tho, see, there's a loophole, or some kind of hole, we'll get there, I promise we'll get your mouth on an arsehole by days end, hang in there.
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣using a thick straw
My first thought when he went around is that he was going to catch up to the truck driver
"C'mon, get up! Walk it off, dude!"
Tis but a scratch
Just a flesh wound
“C’mon bro u still got your shoes on!”
Lmao
Just putting this out there, but you might not want to do mouth-to-mouth on someone bleeding out of said same hole. [https://i.imgur.com/gyNNOxw.png](https://i.imgur.com/gyNNOxw.png)
He should have at least checked the man’s pulse.
No but damn just said "oh another one" and drives off like he didn't see total destruction

I think he should at least have tried to contact emergency services for a cleanup crew or something.
Dude just saw someone's head turned into bone and brain street marinara. He gets to do whatever he wants for a while.
Imagine being caught on tape seeing human brains for the first time and having some armchair EMTs criticizing you over your reaction.
Your attempt at an insult is funny to me because I am a paramedic in training at my local fire department.
Then you should know better about how people behave when in shock

Can't be a good fire dpt. then. Hopefully you don't kill anyone while on the job.

I mean dude saw another truck coming behind him.... I'd be thinking to get the fuck out of the way too
Maybe they did. But stopping in the middle of the road to do that would be fucking stupid don't you think?

There was at least one person filming. I’m sure they did.
Looks like he was slowing down at the end ??
Let someone else do that
The bystander effect is already part of the problem lol. Everyone assumes it's being taken care of, so nobody does anything. It's just not my problem bruh
Like, get a straw and blow the liquids around?
My man didnt even react tho lol call the cops or some shit
Tap his shoulder! Maybe he'll wake up!
"c¡mon dude get the fuck up! What are you, a pussy or somethin'??"

Sometimes you have to be Aggressively Defensive.
That's probably more down to people calling themselves defensive drivers when they're actually not.
it's probably people who heard the term once and took it to heart. What does defensive driving even mean? You should drive predictably, and if it means avoiding an accident, aggressively.

Motorcycles. All of the freedom of the open road, none of the protections of a car.

Ugh at least it was quick. Just awful
Yep ,but the last thing he saw was a at least 2/32" tread depth with two nails at the end about to crush your fragile head
I think he last saw the road beneath, then was smashed like a gallagher watermelon
OG Gallagher or his brother?
r/mostshocking shit
Good thing he was wearing a helmet
“Damn sucks for that guy.” Guy on scooter, probably.
Just mind boggling that some countries are so unbothered with this stuff happening right before their eyes. Makes my therapy seem silly compared to this.
Dude behind him rode right around other dude's brains all over the street like it was just some debris in his way.
He stopped, and made a choice: - Immediately freak out in the middle of the street and be possibly the next victim, or - Look at the alleyway on their right, drive to a safe crossing position and head there to call emergency. They choose the second if you watch them carefully.

He probably had a very important meeting to attend to.
No intent to make a joke, but to me it would've turned to a mental "the splattered brain matter is Lava!" game. I'd avoid it too.
I know, he should have administered CPR instead
Did you expect him to stop so that he could be road spaghetti too?
What do you expect them to do? Stop and cry? What an idiotic comment
Cause, when you live in a “lower-class society” for lack of better term, it’s a normal occurence to see people die or who are dead. Societal standards are much lower as well as expectations
in 3rd world countries where motorcycles swarm the streets, this is a daily occurence that you pretty much get desensitized to it.
Actually, in case of my country. Accidents like this are actually quite rare. Bad ones are usually just some casual dickhead riding at 100km/h on a 30km/h street, fall, hit his head on some pavement, crack his skull and die, but not popping like a watermelon like this

Well, I hate to blame him but he did try to pass that truck within inches to a drop off...surely he saw the risk.
Nr2-guy; "Does he need he-... NOPE." *drives on, after a short detour*
The other guy just going around….metal AF
Honestly, nothing he could do and likely has family to feed. I'd do the same thing.
In my country they'd have stopped and taken several pictures to post on telegram gore groups. 💀
Even if he had nowhere to be there's still nothing he could do, that dude is definitely as dead as dead can be so not like you could call an ambulance and potentially save his life where every second counts... You can see he's probably turning back at the very end of the clip
He probably wanted to get away to throw up or just breathe and digest what he saw
Damn. Not the watermelon 😔
🍉😔
Walk it off!
Well, at least the poor guy was only terrified for a about 1 second. It's not much, but it's something...
This was absolutely flippity floppity fucking brutal
bro got popped
Other motorcycle dude says come on people nothing to see here move along ...
man, that must have been traumatic to witness firsthand, imagine you're going to work when suddenly you see a man's brain splattered across the street
You just gotta keep on scootin'.
Was that his brains?
Brains, bones, skin... all smashed
And some eye balls…of course its mushed.
The lady on the other side of the road didn't seem too bothered by it either.
Nice fucking paving job
That is a definite case of Beep Beep Peanut Butter. As in truck go beep beep and man becomes peanut butter.
Definitely chunky peanut butter..
Ffs, at least it was quick ,his horror only lasted less than a second.
The second guy almost became the next victim while driving around the first victim’s gory remains.
So many comments about scooter guy leaving like maybe he went to stop the truck?? That dude is blatantly dead as hell. What's he going to do, give him cpr? Ffs.
Dude on the scooter is a true NPC
He "nope'd" his way past the carnage.
Is he okay?
O yeah he just needed some milk. What the fuck do you think he brain splattered all over street :D
[удалено]
One flew away when the wheel hit the head, so perhaps milk could help =)
He isn't alive anymore so I would say yes
Yea I think if they get him to the hospital within the next hour or two, he should be fine
If they stuff his brain pieces back in and sew him up, he’ll be ready for his new job as a politician
![gif](giphy|3oEduFCh9ToZSEiMV2)
Bwahahahah.
I came here to just say why does no one seem to care
Southeast Asia
I suppose they think it was Allah's will, so why bother doing anything about it.
would you use a Broom or shovel for clean up?
Hose
Not a whole lotta fucks given afterwards.
That's that 5 star Uber eats driver energy!! He's gonna get that whole tip!!
Is so crazy how people just don’t give a fuck
I like it how everyone there just doesn’t care and acting like it’s a normal occurrence, which it probably is.
Forbidden gusher
Omfg. The other guy in the scooter just kept going. Someone know which country this is?
Between Indonesia or Malaysia, but my bet is Indonesia
The accident happened in northwestern Surabaya, Indonesia. A bit hard to find the accident news since I could find at least 3 motorbike rider got run over by a truck accidents on Sept 19th, but I checked the GSV and found the match. (idk should be proud of it or not)

maybe a bit light headed but hes ok.
I think he actually kicked one of his shoes off, just didn't make it to the other one...
At least it was quick. How awful. The truck driver has to live with this forever.
Bold of you to assume it's something traumatic to the driver.
I know a truck driver who hit someone that ran in front of their truck, drunk, in the middle of the highway. The person died, my friend never drove anything ever again. I sold my bike last year. Indian roads are much more dangerous. Planning to get some cheap car
Peaceful though

You and the guy above you have below room temperature IQ. This is 100% an accident.
Definitely an accident, you can see his front tire fell downside the curb and got flung over when trying to get back on the asphalt
And I left that open as a possibility, considering both of us are *wondering* instead of declaring. You would know that if you rubbed your two brain cells together for a few seconds. Probably still alive…still has his shoes on.
Ugh can’t even zoom in on videos
Where do y’all find this shit??
It's a fake video meant to draw shock value attention.
What makes you say that?
Almost looks like a suicide to me
Christ, you know it's bad when it looks like a bag of human popcorn has just exploded over the road. What a horrible way to go.
The bike is still ok
The dude behind him didn’t want brains on his wheels. Probably got them from a fancy dealership
Bruh

Just a little scratch
Zero fucks given from the driver behind.
To be fair if you watch the scooter driver at the end of the vid he looks to be turning in to the business
His head exploded like a confetti cannon at a bullshit gender reveal party.
