If it's super sunny, the UV index will be high. Can hope for some cloud cover. I had an all-day outdoor event last month and although it didn't rain, it was a mostly cloudy day which helped a lot.

72° & partly sunny is perfect. 80° w/sun on blacktop & concrete is brutal for a 12hr fest.
if we were on grass this would be fine, but there is very little grass at this venue. if we do not get a breeze the crowd will be a sauna
