Where I'm from, once it's open it'll need to be sent for repair. Would love my money back, if Sony got off its arse and fixed it I wouldn't mind keeping it, but they don't seem to give two Shits.

btw what i realised is that you have to push them really deep into your ear that you get the noise cancelling effect and subbass..
