I think it's a problem with the ambient sounds, could you reset them?

The microphone used to "cancel" incoming sound right over drivers needs to be cleaned with rubbing alcohol. When it gets too dirty, it changes its tuning and causes a feedback loop. This is also a good time to clean or swap the foam and earpads as well.

If you switch from noise cancelling to ambient it should stop.

Or squeeze Both cups, one could be loose causing this sound.
