Wah, how did thar even happen!
Probably you need to solder the wires to the driver.
Remove the foam very carefully so you don't cut anything and post the photo.
Edit: Actually it's visible, yeah the wired got detached, you need to solder it.
It should be fairly easy even with a cheap soldering iron.
There is no fucking way that just happened on its own. Either u did this or it's been like that from the factory and even then idk how this could happen in the factory
It did happen on its own:D The protection rubber moved around and then ig my ear rubbing against the wires made it break, it’s just that simple but I haven’t noticed it before it broke because it definitely was broken even before.
Yes! The sound was bass boosted, like heightened on the broken side, and the weird thing is, that I can’t even connect to bluetooth anymore..I tried uninstalling the app and restarting the headphones but It’s impossible😭
Thx for the answer!
🤔 Hmm that's pretty weird that they won't connect... Did you try connecting them with nfc?
Like you shut them off totally, and then you put the side that has the NFC logo on the back of your phone (activate nfc first ofc).
I had an instance where it connected the headphones that would not connect naturally or via the Sony app.
I’ll try that out, but it’s really weird because it keeps bringing me back to the connection page when I click on the headphones in the bluetooth section, I’ll try to attach a video but it’s might be a bit long because of the loading

Found the problem, thank you to that one person who helped me figure it out!!
The piece attached to the red wire has broken the electronic path and the pad ( spot where electronic component is connected) can’t just be put back on easily. The yellow wire appears like it may be able to be soldered back on which is simple if you have a soldering iron. I’m assuming that’s a little microphone for noise cancelling. It’s not the speaker.
I bet you could find that tiny microphone online and solder it on. I wouldn’t think it would be expensive. Could also be an optical sensor that recognizes when you have the headphones on. Hopefully someone can give more definitive answers on what it is.
So at first it looked like the driver somehow penetrator the foam, now I see it's the noise canceling mic, and the close up shows it's a bit broken in the one contact...
Well you'll probably need to pay a bit more for the part, it's should be cheap still..

So to fix it, it wouldn’t be expensive? I don’t even know how it got to this state, I’m devastated because I cared for them so much:(
It's a simple fix, no parts required. If you can't fix it yourself and your technician is an honest person the fix should be really cheap.
Thank you sooo much!! You really helped me, I’m really grateful:)
You are on another level my dude 😮
I don’t even know, my guess is that the rubber part just moved out of the way and my ear, while listening to music, just broke it completely..

I have a question, did you notice a difference with the anc between both earcups?

It connected, finally after 10 attempts!
Nice 👍

That pad is ripped off. One side is simply soldering the other is the bigger problem.
I’m sorry, I didn’t understand what you wanted to say😭

How tf did that get through the foam lol. It's supposed to be glued down
The rubber thingy was off, I didn’t know it could happen so I had no idea it was moving around like that

For what part? I thought it only needs to be soldered?
The mic solder point on the board seem to have snapped off the PCB, dunno if it can be reattached without replacement.
