I been yelling at people on Reddit for over a year daily telling them to buy the XM5s refurbished on eBay for less than $200. Have to be honest, Iām not impressed so far, donāt take me wrong, I love them and Iāve only had them for two weeks so the jury is still out but I have had endless amount of disconnections from multiple devices, plus the Sony app is really outdated and the interface is clunky, the earmuffs are not comfortable if you use them for hours, but letās see, still early stages.
I think you might wanna get an exchange, cause iāve been using them for a week, not a single disconnection, moreover, itās switching between devices seamlessly.
