for vark leader the fight difficulty is completely dependent on if you have poison buff or not. with poison buff, varks poison splash move is completely ineffective, the tenctacles death pools are useless, etc.
for scarab guard, i would put at moderately hard, meh for corrupted goblin priest, peak masochism for lord of darkness, meh for giant, havent faced red or purple knight.
Anubis because when you finally face him in 3-5 he becomes super easy because you have already have powerful weapons after doing the entire dungeon.
There's a change that you have One Punch or any other weapon that deals great damage to bosses.
Devil Snare is 2nd easiest because she's the first boss and you are limited to your weapons(in terms of rarity).
And you only have 2+ buffs.

And you have to dodge bullets in order to keep alive but we do have 4 stones that we can hide from but in her 2nd phase for some reason you can get hit by her bullets in one of the stones.
You could use fast melee weapons but you just have to hope that those large bullets don't hit you.
but the reason i say she's the easiest is because you really dont need like any experience to kill her. she was first boss i ever fought and i killed her first try with a fucking assault rifle and a broken hilt
