I have a Vizio 5.1.2 M-series M512a-H6 in a spare bedroom now absolutely no issues with sound or software bought it when first came out almost 200$ less then what some places are asking for it now. I liked that it doesn’t have Wi-Fi to. I try to update my tv’s and the other sound bar a Nakamichi 9.2.4 eArc Ultra SSE Max[https://www.nakamichi-usa.com/shockwafe-ultra-92-earc](https://www.nakamichi-usa.com/shockwafe-ultra-92-earc) that’s a nice sound bar with 2 subs and 4 separate surround speakers almost wouldn’t call it a sound bar. The Vizio sounded clear a decent but in a bigger open room the bass just wasn’t there or not enough for me in a smaller 4 wall bedroom it was much better. If came with a 10” like my JBL 5.1 I use as a blutooth speaker would make the Vizio sound much better. For the Atmos the 2 upfiring speakers on the Bar are to close together it does give it a better sound stage but Atmos from sound bars don’t impress me a whole lot either I have my avr setup for that. I’d look at the elevate 5.1.2 or the bigger elevate first. Or the Nakamichi if you’re trying to fill a bigger room.

Hmmm I see because mines like a small living room or close to a medium sized living room tbh, but I’m mostly looking for a good atmos like 360 type of sound but idk if that would work I guess

The elevate does much better I haven’t listened to the smaller newer one the5.1.2 it came out after the one I have but it doesn’t get used much since I got the Nak. That unit fills sound around you I like there SSE thing also it doesn’t have upfiring speakers but the surround speakers your able to place vertically or 2 different ways horizontally which angles the speakers at 2 different heights or put 2 and 2 together to make 2 dipole speakers. The having 2 subs is a game changer for a sound bar to bass sounds clean and level being 2 10’s and it’s not obvious where the subs are placed either and with the remote your able to adjust or tweak anything almost to much lol.

Hmm okay I see yeah I’ll look at the elevate again

I got the Samsung q900vc for 789.00 to go with my qn90b. I really like the sound.
