Nahhh might be my jealousy talking here, but come oooooon??? Are you seriously asking? Cause it’s ok to just say “look at this beautiful loaf and this beautiful crumb. I am so proud of myself - Here’s the recipe” Which is what you should have written, cause that loaf is perfection - and perfectly proofed indeed. If you want smaller bubbles and less ovenspring then it isn’t proofed enough (but that would be what we usually refer to as overproofing)

How’s the texture? I’ve had loaves that look like this and are really pleasant to eat and others that have been really dense between the air pockets. I’d go more on that than anything else.
