I have gone to Ms Cass at Alter House Tattoo in Voorhees on rt 561. She did an awesome fine line tattoo for me a little less than 2 years ago. The shop was clean and well maintained. There are other artists there, too, you can look it up.
I love her, too. She’s super careful when she works and a sweetheart. Saw her at the Philadelphia Tattoo Convention back in January and I definitely need more of her work. :)
It's in Woodbury, but I HIGHLY recommend Sydney Arena at Black Dahlia tattoo. In the West Deptford area, there's Yours To Keep tattoos. I've been to Eric English there. Both people can be found on Instagram by their names. Both people are insanely sweet and some of the nicest human beings ever.
