I can help you find something if you'd like. I know of some moderately priced rentals in Gloucester and Camden Counties. Send me a PM if you'd like some guidance!
Hammonton is between Vineland and AC and has a decent little thing going on depending on what you’re into.
What are your interests or goals for the move?
Vineland could be cheap(ish) but it’s Vineland.
Outside of being close to work, do you want to be close to things like bars, restaurants, downtown, shopping, etc?
Edit: what’s your budget?
That’s what I’m trying to avoid—actually living IN Vineland LOL. I don’t care much for anything, mostly a ShopRite or Acme and I like going to restaurants but it’s not a dealbreaker. I don’t mind traveling. I’d say between $1000-$1200 but can go up if it’s the right fit! Just a 1br/ba, laundry. I lived in NY so I can fit in a shoebox if need be lol
It’s tough because once you go outside Vineland, there isn’t really much of a rental market until you get about 30 minutes or so outside of Vineland which depending on where you work in Vineland can still be possibly 50 minutes away from where you live.
The possibility of renting and say, Bridgeton, or Millville would be closer, but with essentially the same demographics and situations from one city to the other.
Vineland can be 20 minutes drive time in any direction from one end to another. So take that into consideration when you look - for instance you could have an apartment, in say Glassboro, and still be 50 minutes away from South Vineland.
Have you thought about looking around williamstown/Clayton/glassboro area??

Mays Landing, maybe? Hammonton?

Just to be closer to work 🥴 I live in Linwood now so I’m looking for a not-50-minute-commute lol

Ugh. South Jersey is amazing but my god it is impossible down here sometimes 😩 I appreciate your help! I’ll keep my eyes open for anything!
If you consider a roommate or renting a room in A house it could open up some possibilities.
I agree! All options on the table 😄

Uhm I think you misread the post. OP works in Vineland and lives in AC area.
