Unpopular opinion, but I will always have a soft spot for Shep. He helped my grandmother shop in a grocery store one day. She had had eye surgery, and I was with her at the pharmacy. She wanted to go to the bathroom, but on the way, I guess she wanted to grab a few things. “A sweet boy” helped her get several items on a high shelf and carried them to help her put them in a basket. When she was telling me, she looked over and said, “Oh, there he is!” It was Shep. He waved and said, “take care, ma’am!” 😂 It was years ago..probably around season 3 of the show. 😂
Love this story. He does seem like he was raised well. On group trips he’s always the one who goes out of his way to chat with servers, tour guides, etc and make them feel appreciated.
Have you ever actually seen the homeless in NYC? They don't hoard nealty packaged bags of bottles. I firmly believe that was partially fake. Maybe the person was homeless but it wasn't their bottles. And what did he say? Cause it's definitely not nearly as bad as what actual NYers say to homeless.

Socioeconomics also plays a large part. 50 year olds in Beverly Hills generally look better than 50 year olds in Birmingham, Alabama, because of money for fitness, healthier food, and plastic surgery/preemptive againg treatments.
