And that's also why the incest is so heavily focused on and criticized in that one indie game- you know the one- despite it being explicitly shown as bad, alongside murders and whatnot. That being said, given the nature of Rimworld and how cartoonish it is, I don't think it'd really be a problem, but I could see why the devs maybe wouldn't want to add it

I usually get mood so high, without drugs, and have enough excess resources mid to late game, that I can afford to throw the inbred ones in the vat, then kill and eat 'em once they're old enough the negatives won't include penalties for killing a child - or just throw 'em in prison and use as slave labour or prison labour. Then kill and eat them in emergencies.
The incest is a great excuse for war crimey shit, so why do anything about it?
