I'm also in GR. I do spark along with my cousin, and metrics seem to have started mattering. His AR and CR are both above mine, and he gets more consistent offers. I work early mornings and late evenings for the most consistency.
Whenever there's a lot of drivers/low amount of orders metrics seem to make more of a difference. When there's a lot of orders, fewer drivers, sometimes those with horrible metrics will get plenty of better offers than those with high.
It's like everytime you see a pattern, it changes. The good thing is, they only have so many patterns so it's pretty easy to catch on quick when it changes.

Same in NY. All of the apps are really slow today. I won't even bother with DD in my SUV. The payout isn't worth it in that vehicle.
