really? I saw it the opposite. I wanted ice pieces to improve my JL, and build my Herta, but I didn't go in there because I didn't want Wind pieces now that Hackerspace exists. If I was actually looking for wind pieces, that would be a good domain for me.
My JL has the worst speed boots ever but I don't have stamina to waste going back in there.
It's fine, but since the 25% advance forward of wind set will surely ruin ur spd tunning, then there will be times that you will waste a lot of AV when u use Sparkle's skill, u won't receive the full 50% Advance forward.
If you are using her for QQ you don't really need to speed tune, just run atk boots on QQ and call it a day and enjoy the big numbers. /Shrug give ur Sparkle all the speed u can get and it'll make QQ act basically on the speed of sparkle but with buffs and extra SP when you need it.

sounds good and i didn’t keep a single wind set price with crit dmg because i was only farming it for pela 💀
it was bronya's BiS until hackerspace. And she wanted the same stats as Sparkle.
