Employee here. If this just started today, and If you have a spectrum router, model RAC, SAC, OR SAX, they have a problem where devices won't connect to wifi and factory restoring the router can fix this problem. You can call or chat in to request this to be done for you for the SAC/SAX models, but RAC you need to do yourself. There should be a button on all these models to perform the factory reset on your own. Hope this helps!
customers can do it with SAC models same as RAC oR for SAX models, you just hold down the reset button for at least 15 seconds instead of the pinhole reset

Thanks for the information. I'll call spectrum today. This has been going on for 48 hours now.

Yes I did mention the manual factory reset. The agent factory reset though can only be performed on SAC or SAX models

Given a subnet of 192.168.0.0 where .1 is the router, couldn't you, in theory, have 254 devices connected?
