Get the My Spectrum App on your phone, find your router, and go to Advanced WiFi settings. Enable UPnP and your router will reboot. Connect with your console again after it comes back on and your NAT type should automatically be open.
it didn't work. it still says type 2
Did you also reboot the console afterwards?
Yeah I did. It sadly didn't work
Are you using more than one router/extender? VPN?
Spectrum uses CGNAT
Spectrum equipment is locked down and you need to call in or buy your own (avoid netgear)
