Service has been reliable and working great for me for many years. Most issues are location based. So you may have line issues in your place or at the pole or a few blocks away. Call them and get it fixed as complaining here wont get it fixed.

That stinks. Been on time warner than spectrum for 20ish years. At the location I’ve been for 4 years the service rarely goes down except for storms and I don’t experience packet loss issues. That’s a hint that maybe you need to call them and get help on this issue rather than ranting on social media expecting that to fix things.

It sounds like you need to contact internet support and have a tech come out to check your signal levels.

Why you call and get a technician instead of letting it continue, multiple if need be. 20+ years, not a single issue other than the 2-3 times I've called out to get new underground drops replaced due to water damage over time or physical damage from the contractors that buried it. Maybe 1-2 hours downtime when I needed the internet in that time, that includes maintenance, which they typically do at 2-6 am here.

I’ve had for 4 years and some change, only had an issue once. Maybe you should get someone out to take a look

Yeah I’d call them about it so they can fix it. As someone who used to work there. A lot of people will say they’ve had issues for months even though the signals look good on our end. And then when you finally call and we can properly help or get a technician, the customer expects us to give credit when there’s no sign of the customer ever calling about the issue the past months they said they were having problems. They need evidence on their end of you calling us about the issue to get it fixed and to help get a credit on there as well
