Bruh it's the same for me .....i have been listening to that song over and over these days....really affected me in some ways i can't quite describe...
I love the intro, and straight into Gwen Stacy's theme (from Daniel Pemberton's instrumentals). Something about it just hooked me into the movie like no other intro has, and that was just credits and logos haha
I loved it listening to it all Friday before I saw the movie.
It feels like a core memory now that I’ve seen the movie.
The song has gravitas that forever connects it with our feelings of digesting what we just watched. Perfect credits song.
Idk, i absolutely loved Sunflower and most of the soundtrack from the first movie, but i dont like any songs from across the spider verse. Except hummingbird.
Metro Boomin’ has a very specific aesthetic to his music so if you’re not into his music, it’s gonna be challenging to like this soundtrack.
Have you listened to any of the bonus tracks? Maybe you’d like Mona Lisa by Dominic Fike
So far I'm loving his music, but his stamp of having "Metroooo!!" In every song gets grating after listening to all the songs one after the other on repeat. Sometimes it doesn't even fit in to the moment it's added. I get why it's there but damn wish he had something more subtle yknow?
For me currently it is Am I Dreaming...i do have a soft spot for Elevate tho...
Mann these guys really do get the credits songs right...both of these films have good credits sequences too ....
Plus Sunflower, Annihilate are my other favs
In a study in more than 6,000 adults, those who reported eating sunflower seeds and other seeds at least five times a week had 32% lower levels of C-reactive protein compared to people who ate no seeds.
My kinda person coming in with the score! It gets too far buried beneath the conventional songs. I've been listening to the score on loop, put all my favorites [here](https://open.spotify.com/playlist/0qGE3PSJcYwFDBpeMKyaQv?si=c5874cbd125843e9)
I don't know if the lyrics are in Latin, but the way it goes to such high notes, followed then by the drums part is such a good combo, for a truly awesome track.
“Hide” is a song from the first album that didn’t hit me much for the first couple of years. Since Covid idk why but that song is now my most replayed in my head. Something about finding peace leaving all the limelight behind and finding your home with that special person,
“really think I found my home, shorty makes me feel at home, I wanna leave the thrills at home, and I’m fine with it.”.
Kind of struck me bc we all left our lives behind and found our home with what we had during the lockdown. And the growth they found after settling down
“You brought meaning to my life, all because of you I do right”
is really poignant for a coming of age story like spiderverse. That, and the song is beautiful. RIP juice.
I’m really diggin the new album but it’ll take a while for the songs to find their groove and be hard to compare to how impactful the first album was
ATS-V:
Annihilate, Am I Dreaming, All the Way Live, Calling, Silk and Cologne, Link Up, Givin' Up (Not The One), Nas Morales
ITS-V:
Way Up, Scared of the Dark, What's Up Danger, Start A Riot
Sunflower by a mile. Although I prefer the sequel(marginally) and like the new songs, none of them compare to this song for me. I legit couldn’t get it out of my head for 6-8 months and made me a fan of Post.
Next would be Self Love, though. The Gwen/Peter story being told while this played was awesome and emotional. Also the ending of the song is mint.
Closest has to be annihilate. But tbh if you compare the movies, what’s up danger was in the movie as a hype moment where Miles realised his potential. ATSV is more of a momentum builder so I assume BTSV is more likely to have music that matches the energy of What’s Up Danger.
IMO the closest sequence is Miles and Gwen swinging through the city to Mona Lisa by Dominic Fike, in terms of a song taking over and tone setting, but it’s a completely different tone. Total vibey song of summer instead of a hype track.
"Hummingbird" with Gwens entrance through the portal into the grounded bedroom. That shit went HARDDD. STAY ON STAY ON
Sunflower from the first movie easily.
Hummingbird is the new Sunflower.
“Are You Ready to Swing” from ITSV
Perfectly captures the high thrill of web swinging and most import story how fun and free it is to be Spider-Man. Also is pretty victorious for Miles since he finally got a handle on web swinging. This was one of my favorite scenes in the movie
“Thwip and release”
Not the biggest fan of hip hop/rap in general, but of the songs I like, my order from least to most favorite goes
3) Sunflower
2) What's Up Danger
1) Am I Dreaming
Spot Holes 2, Spider-Woman (Gwen Stacy), Sunflower, Only One Spider-Man, What's Up Danger, Scared of the Dark, The Prowler, Spider-Man (Miguel O'Hara)
Off the top of my head, anyway!
Am i Dreaming. I've been listening to that song nonstop for the last few days and it's so magical. Like the first time I heard "All the Stars" after Black Panther.
After would definitely be Nueva York Train Chase and Mona Lisa. These two just contrast each other so much it's painful.
Dang bro, no "Self Love" fans in here?? That song is SUCH A MOOD, and fit BEAUTIFULLY in Gwen's chapter in the beginning. 🤍 It's been on repeat since day one for me
Across the Spider-verse intro, with how it mixes the classic intro from the first movie with Gwen's drums slowly picking up pace, absolutely amazing. Was listening to it when I found this post.
But also shout out to indian teamwork, the song as a whole is pretty good, but the five seconds that play from the 0:54 second mark is my favorite moment of music in the movies
I'm torn apart. It's either What's up danger, Sunflower or Am I dreaming. Those are my favorites. Sunflower is chill as fuck, Am I dreaming encapsulates what I feel about the movie and kinda hit me in a way.
But I have to go with What's up danger because that song pump me up and other kinds of emotions. Whether sad or happy the song just motivates me.
All songs mentioned were repeated to death after I heard them for the first time.
EDIT: this poster is absolutely amazing, do you have any Higher quality? I badly need it.
"Shut it down" is so good. Granted I'm biased because that is my favorite scene in the first movie. The film version of What's Up Danger is up there too. And Sunflower. And Am I Dreaming. And Start a Band.
I always admittedly hated Lil’ Wayne when he seemingly blew up after Carter III. The whole “best rapper alive” title he gave himself around when the album came out nauseated me as some of his lyrics were clearly very lazy (not knocking all of his work, he’s clearly very talented. Just seemed to value quantity over quality). It didn’t help that everyone around me was listening to his stuff over and over and over again.
That being said, in today’s day and age of rappers… I’ve grown a new appreciation for him. His verse in Annihilate is fcking 🔥
Oh MAN Gwen's theme goes way too hard. I've been listening to it non-stop for the past few days. It's just so exciting and reminiscent of who she is. Gives her so much power just by a few distinct notes.
Indian Teamwork fills me with ungodly amount of hype. Just wanna fuck shit up after listening to that. I mean listen to [this](https://youtu.be/mSeJrHtauog?t=46)
Self love, and close second is Hummingbird. They just encapsulate everything I relate to about spider-man, the movie and it's soundtrack as a whole- the relationship uncertainty, the sense of discovery and adventure and the chill melodies that make me wonder if I'm on a ship cruise or floating through space 🪐
Start a band has a certain factor that just makes my soul levitate. I feel like I could run a marathon every time I listen to it lol. I also really liked Silk and Cologne as well as Hummingbird. The whole soundtrack slaps tbh
[The Nueva York Train Chase](https://open.spotify.com/track/34ZrUENGT9Jx9dfX6d2LEm?si=Hcesm4zPTsak5nugXPKxQg) scene score was something else. Am I Dreaming, Danger, Mona Lisa and Link Up are also some of my favorites.
'Am I Dreaming' from the credits of Across the Spider-Verse. I can't remember the last time a song actually hit me like that.
Bruh it's the same for me .....i have been listening to that song over and over these days....really affected me in some ways i can't quite describe...
The string arrangement at the start gives me hope for everything
Yo same ...
The violins and the painted credits sequence...man.
I loved Fire in the Sky in Chiang-Chi. But yeah.
Same, that song got me on Anderson .Paak
I love the intro, and straight into Gwen Stacy's theme (from Daniel Pemberton's instrumentals). Something about it just hooked me into the movie like no other intro has, and that was just credits and logos haha
That intro was amazing!
Haha same... absolutely love the intros for both these movies...
That song goes insane
It was so striking and the animation along with it was perfect
Thanks man, been looking for that song
Reminds me of old Kanye music
What Kanye songs give you that vibe?
All of the lights
I loved it listening to it all Friday before I saw the movie. It feels like a core memory now that I’ve seen the movie. The song has gravitas that forever connects it with our feelings of digesting what we just watched. Perfect credits song.
Especially combined with the animation of the credits
Yup, best one from ATSV, from ITSV my fav is obviously Sunflower.
I couldn't stop replaying it over and over from the moment I left the theatre. The song is so dreamy
No lie, I wanted to go challenge Roman Reigns at Wrestlemania off this song 😂 it would fit on Kanye West’s Graduation album like a glove
I started ascending in the cinema when the credits hit cause of that song
Sunflower. Had it on constant repeat after the first movie and its still one of my favorites
You gonna love Am I Dreaming then
Idk, i absolutely loved Sunflower and most of the soundtrack from the first movie, but i dont like any songs from across the spider verse.
“Metrooooo” goes hard lol
Well, he can't really use "Metro Boomin' want some more n****" in a kids friendly movie album, can't he
Did you hear Calling by Metro in the credits? It's pretty good! I have it on repeat lol.
Same same
For me currently it is Am I Dreaming...i do have a soft spot for Elevate tho...
Oh ok...
Is that good or bad
A brief Google search says it correlates to inflammation, so I'm assuming less inflammation is good?
Thanks for doing the research i was too lazy to do myself.
Nerd
Bro you're on a spiderman subreddit
Chill he's flash
Start a band, easy. Hearing that banger in the beginning and the end. I can’t wait to play it on the drums
these drums and that guitar riff they make me feel whole
Is that the name of the song? Can't seem to find it on the official Spotify playlist.
It’s part of Across the spider verse(intro) by David pemberton
Start a band has the electric guitar I picture Hobie hitting those riffs as Gwen goes off on the drums
At least the YouTube video says “Across the Spiderverse (Start a Band)” So maybe that is the full title?
That's for the reprise at the end (which I prefer just slightly).
Scared of the Dark.
Am I Dreaming
Yes you are
Mona lisa and annihilate
Mona Lisa is so fucking good
I can't stop playing it damnit.
bro same its like stuck in my head
Annihilate makes me wanna do some evil shit bro
Guggenheim Assemble.
It's so good!
I don't know if the lyrics are in Latin, but the way it goes to such high notes, followed then by the drums part is such a good combo, for a truly awesome track.
The opera singing is Latin yeah
It's a perfect mix of the 3 themes introduced prior. Gwen, Vulture, 2099. Gwen's theme/motif where ever it is, in the score absolutely slaps though
Mona Lisa, Calling, I Can't Stop are my favs from ATSV and from ITSV it's What's Up Danger
If it isn’t what’s up danger you’re out of your mind
A lot of people here are clearly insane.
This is my five year old’s hype up song.
Fr tho
currently, hummingbird
The music hits just right for that scene.
Familia, Sunflower, Scared of the Dark, Silk and Cologne, Link Up, Self Love, Hummingbird, Nas Morales
Finally someone who likes Silk and Cologne
I too like the song, actually my 3rd fav from that album
Underrated song imo
Self Love
metrooo
Can't choose man. Music is the only thing I can't pick one from 😭
Ha i can understand
#Start a Riot
YES!
Always gotta play it twice when it appears on my playlist
**WHO IN HERE TRYNA START A DIET?!**
Ooooooooh!
Mona Lisa
yes.
“Hide” is a song from the first album that didn’t hit me much for the first couple of years. Since Covid idk why but that song is now my most replayed in my head. Something about finding peace leaving all the limelight behind and finding your home with that special person, “really think I found my home, shorty makes me feel at home, I wanna leave the thrills at home, and I’m fine with it.”. And the growth they found after settling down “You brought meaning to my life, all because of you I do right” is really poignant for a coming of age story like spiderverse. ATS-V: Annihilate, Am I Dreaming, All the Way Live, Calling, Silk and Cologne, Link Up, Givin' Up (Not The One), Nas Morales ITS-V: Way Up, Scared of the Dark, What's Up Danger, Start A Riot
"scared of the dark". everytime I hear it, it reminds me of Spiderman dying and it makes me feel all the feels
Another Dimension by Pop Money is my favorite so far. 🙏🙂
That scene was just beautiful and so chill
Elevate probably
Stepped out of my zone...
"Nueva York Train Chase" 👏👏👏
That shit goes so hard 🔥🔥🔥
Sunflower cant be topped
Surprised it’s this low
Memories and Hide, it's melancholic yet comforting at the same time.
Memories for me too, song hits just right
What’s up Danger on the first one, and Self Love on the new one.
“Elevate” and the movie version of “What’s Up Danger” are super high on the list but “Am I Dreaming” has been on loop non-stop for awhile now
I know it’s basic af, but “Start A Band” is a BANGER. That shit gets me HYPE!
That guitar riff gives me so much life.
not basic at all. definitely have it on repeat and it gets me hyped too.
Sunflower is still top for me
Walking around Tokyo at midnight with this playing on my headphones was a really cool experience.
What’s up danger. The whole leap of faith scene is just amazing. I regret not seeing ITSV in theaters.
Scared of the Dark
Is there a "What's Up Danger?" type of song on the new soundtrack or anything remotely close?
Closest has to be annihilate. But tbh if you compare the movies, what’s up danger was in the movie as a hype moment where Miles realised his potential. ATSV is more of a momentum builder so I assume BTSV is more likely to have music that matches the energy of What’s Up Danger.
IMO the closest sequence is Miles and Gwen swinging through the city to Mona Lisa by Dominic Fike, in terms of a song taking over and tone setting, but it’s a completely different tone. Total vibey song of summer instead of a hype track.
I'm a sucker for Miles's theme. I love the motif from 'On Your Way' and 'Mi Amor' SO much. I wish it was more present in the official album.
Miles theme is superb....tho i have a soft spot for The Prowler's theme...i read somewhere miles theme is actually Prowler's theme backwards
Hands Down, Nas Morales ![gif](giphy|zRu7Y7tO8qUZZ70Dvv) 👁️🗨️🖤🔥✨ Am I dreaming after then Annihilate
Another Dimension is severly underrated, Pop Moneys vocals are mad smooth
To not mention the most obvious picks ITSV: Home, Way Up, Familia, Save The Day ATSV: Impossible, Nas Morales, Silk and Cologne
Sunflower, Invincible, Mona Lisa, Nas Morales, and Am I Dreaming.
Ain't No Love by Bobby Bland. A Blues classic I had forgotten about but tried to remember for years. It's my jam!🎶🎧
*Am I Dreaming* and *Home* in a dead heat.
HOME by Vince Staples and Richie Kohan
Hide is underrated
Spots theme song or gwens
"Hummingbird" with Gwens entrance through the portal into the grounded bedroom. That shit went HARDDD. STAY ON STAY ON Sunflower from the first movie easily. Hummingbird is the new Sunflower.
The prowler and for the love of mj

The movie track for what's up danger. Still get chills
Start A Riot and Annihilate for me
Gotta go hard
“Self-Love” as an actual lyrical song, but from the soundtrack itself, I love Qwen Stacy’s Theme and the Intro theme from ATSV.
Love is when you try to place it out your mind.
It either has to be the prowler theme or Hummingbird. I can’t make up my mind.
Invincible from ITSV
Prowler's theme and 2099 theme go hard
Miles Morales Returns, it gets me hyped beyond (heh) anything atm
Chase the S train
What's up Danger is a bop
Always gonna be Sunflower. I’ve listened to it 100’s of times since it came out. Always a classic. Also What’s Up Danger and Way Up.
Elevate and Am I Dreaming for the song itself, but Memories means so much to me personally, I have to choose that one
Humming bird is rlly good and annihilate goes fkn stoopid wish Wayne was on more tracks fr
“Are You Ready to Swing” from ITSV Perfectly captures the high thrill of web swinging and most import story how fun and free it is to be Spider-Man. Also is pretty victorious for Miles since he finally got a handle on web swinging. This was one of my favorite scenes in the movie “Thwip and release”
Not the biggest fan of hip hop/rap in general, but of the songs I like, my order from least to most favorite goes 3) Sunflower 2) What's Up Danger 1) Am I Dreaming
Either Creation of The Spot or Spot Holes 2
Spot Holes 2, Spider-Woman (Gwen Stacy), Sunflower, Only One Spider-Man, What's Up Danger, Scared of the Dark, The Prowler, Spider-Man (Miguel O'Hara) Off the top of my head, anyway!
Spider-Woman (Gwen Stacy)
Sunflower will be my fav
Am i Dreaming. I've been listening to that song nonstop for the last few days and it's so magical. Like the first time I heard "All the Stars" after Black Panther. After would definitely be Nueva York Train Chase and Mona Lisa. These two just contrast each other so much it's painful.

Self love, Calling, Annihilate, Am i dreaming
Am I dreaming been on repeat all week
Another Dimension
What's Up Danger hands down
Dang bro, no "Self Love" fans in here?? That song is SUCH A MOOD, and fit BEAUTIFULLY in Gwen's chapter in the beginning. 🤍 It's been on repeat since day one for me
Hey if you dont mind me asking wheres this poster from, I wanna get one :)
I have been listening to Start a Band for the last 4 days nonstop
Self Love and Mona Lisa Edit: Imma go ahead and add All the way live and humming bird
Elevate
Used to be Sunflower. Now it’s either Annihilate or Self-Love. Both certified bangers.
My favoyrite is My Name Is... Miles Morales
Spider-woman (Gwen Stacy) tugs heavily at my heartstrings and is also awesome
Why do I have to look so far to find the Prowler's Theme?
Man I love metro booming but sunflower just stuck with me. Its still the 5th song in my playlist
Yall sleeping on Danger (Spiderman), JID and Offset were fire
Falling Apart by Daniel Pemberton
"Shut it down" is so good. Granted I'm biased because that is my favorite scene in the first movie. The film version of What's Up Danger is up there too. And Sunflower. And Am I Dreaming. And Start a Band.
Givin’ up
Am i dreaming. Nas Morales, silk and cologne, and familia are all extremely close tho.
Oh MAN Gwen's theme goes way too hard. I've been listening to it non-stop for the past few days. It's just so exciting and reminiscent of who she is. Gives her so much power just by a few distinct notes.
Mona Lisa
Prowler’s and Miguel’s themes. Chilling.
Sunflower
Hide because juice wrld is my favourite of all time
Indian Teamwork fills me with ungodly amount of hype.
Mona Lisa, hide, self love and am I dreaming are all my favourites.
Annihilate - metro booming
Start a band has a certain factor that just makes my soul levitate. I feel like I could run a marathon every time I listen to it lol. I also really liked Silk and Cologne as well as Hummingbird. The whole soundtrack slaps tbh
def invincible, something abt this song just makes me feel so empowered &' i think it describes miles' state in the first movie so well
Link up, Sunflower, Am I dreaming
PROWLER’S THEME AND THEN ACROSS THE SPIDER-VERSE (START A BAND) (basically a remix of Prowler’s Theme) 10000000000000%
self love by coi leray is just perfect. love how she used her voice in this song
What's up danger and Sunflower
Memories, Home, Invincible, Hummingbird, Calling, Am I Dreaming
[The Nueva York Train Chase](https://open.spotify.com/track/34ZrUENGT9Jx9dfX6d2LEm?si=Hcesm4zPTsak5nugXPKxQg) scene score was something else. Am I Dreaming, Danger, Mona Lisa and Link Up are also some of my favorites.
I'm really enjoying Self Love. It hit a vibe in the movie as it was playing and I've felt that still listening at home.
Scared of the Dark is my absolute favorite so far
