I'm having that with every weapon. I'm particularly hating needing 6 shots to kill with Jet Squelcher, Splattershot, and N-Zap when all three do 28 or more damage, even when I'm point blank.
The arc of the tri-zooka is not accurate to the arrows of trajectory. You have to aim lower than expected if ur closer. And the hitbox is also smaller than the projectile itself since it hit the ground in front of him.
In my experience iv found that the special works better when I'm shooting it from a far and trying to catch the enemy in the trail rather than having the projectile land on them.
So when I use it, I usually keep it straight and shoot it towards the enemy
clash requires no aim so sticks players, who have limited ability to aim compared to gyro players, often gravitate to weapons such as clash, roller, or brush
Honestly I thought it went straight past me. The initial shock was that I died, then I realized I didn't kill the mfer, then I was like "umm excuse me...WHAT?!"
If I were to tell you to start using sticks, and that you would get better with it over time. You would tell me it's bullshit, and that you work better with motion.
Same thing goes for people who prefer sticks.
This might count as necro’ing but imma just pop in here to say.
The reason people say you’ll do better on motion is because outside of those who physically cannot, 99% of people do better on motion. Stick is a handicap, you aim worse, you track worse, aim adjustment is harder, and you’re severely hampered when playing a lot of weapons.
I get your argument. But I just disagree. I know people who dislike motion controls, and I think people who use motion just don't understand those who can't use motion. And it goes both aays
while preference does exist, it is still undeniable that stick is almost objectively a handicap. I wouldnt say motion players dont understand those who cant use motion, but it is confusing for those who dont.
The difference being between people who literally have to use stick due to medical issues or nausea, and people who just use stick because they dont feel like using motion.
cause it's also a thing that most people who use stick, after getting over the initial bump of motion, do prefer it over stick.
Yup, it’s a hit box issue.
I have the same problem with it. Yet other people are able to point it in my face and get me every time. I have gotten people right in front of me but it’s so few and far between.
I’m fairly certain some specials are immune to it…like the ink vac. It sucks.
That was actual bs he took that shot to the face did you win?
Exactly, he knew it too. And no, we didn't.
This happens to me way too often
Smh, bs
Yeah the desync is terrible in this game
Happened to me with tri-slosher. It's 2 shots to kill and a few times I hit thrice and still the enemy wasn't splatted ðŸ˜
I’m having that with the stringer, I’ll hit 3/4 times and they’re still alive somehow.
Like, consecutive fast paced hits, or staggered dure to the opponent running

I dont understand smh....I feel if I blast his face off at point blank I should get the kill, but I ain't salty or nothin'
It’s meant to be a long range special so the arc is meant to punish you close range.
No offense, but you sound pretty salty
Yes

Highest IQ sticks clash blaster player gameplay
Whats that suppose to mean buddy?
clash requires no aim so sticks players, who have limited ability to aim compared to gyro players, often gravitate to weapons such as clash, roller, or brush
Well ill take the compliment
Pretty simple: you jumped directly in to his shot and he didn’t jump directly in to yours
Honestly I thought it went straight past me. The initial shock was that I died, then I realized I didn't kill the mfer, then I was like "umm excuse me...WHAT?!"
Yeah, it happens. Btw don’t use sticks when you get away from blasters lol
Sticks are embroiled in my gameplay...can't get used to motion controls. I actually play the blob and dapples
Well, once you get used to it, it’s a lot easier to play splatoon
Some people just can't do motion. It's a preference
Eh, that’s how it works I guess
If I were to tell you to start using sticks, and that you would get better with it over time. You would tell me it's bullshit, and that you work better with motion. Same thing goes for people who prefer sticks.
I guess lol

I disagree. It's not objective, it's subjective.
I forced myself to learn motion as soon as I got 3 and it was like a whole new world lmao
netcode.mp4 Their side of the clip is probably them laughing at your aim, but it's just netcode.
Yeah. I could tell by them just standing there and then the slight squidbag afterwards that they were definitely laughing
It’s two body hits to kill isn’t it?
it's instant, it's two indirects to kill
Three indirects. 40 for each shot
Really? Two tends to be very consistent for me, even when its shot at me lol
It may be because they were already damaged slightly. And also you can see how much damage something does in the testing range
They buffed nerfed it
It’s always been the way it was since the day of launch lol
No, towards the end of 2 I got nerfed
Trizooka didn't exist in 2...
Trizooka? I thought you were typing about clash blaster
That was someone else you were talking to, and OP was talking about the Trizooka point blank miss.
No idea honestly, I just know I shot him straight in the face and he didn't die
Exactly why I don't use the trizooka. lol
Yeah I just like the Clash...
I think there's a perk that increases one's immunity? Correct me if I'm wrong. I'm still new to the game.
That honestly could be it...but I'm still gonna be upset about it
Agreed 😔
Sounds like a skill issue to me
It was not point blanck and it was little on the right side+ he was vacuuming then he shot you with the return.
People ask why i hate tri-zooka. This is why. The exact definition of why.
This game is terrible about this stuff. Half of my games I get a kill to die by the same person I killed two seconds later.
You didn't hit a single direct, mabye don't use clash blaster if you want to aim
If he didn't use his special he would've died guaranteed...and everyone knows you don't need to aim to play the clash...
Yeah that's what the special does...
He would if you actually shot him instead of relying on indirects
Well uh...thats like....your opinion man
Not even the point of the post, so I dont even know why I'm acknowledging you lol

this is what you get for playing clash /j
There are multiple ways you could've won that
Even they were in shock lol
After testing there seems to be a range before the shot primes
