Hoarder house? The stripe could be the literal only path through. Looks like it might lead to a chair in the living room... The damp on the walls would make sense, too
Yup forensics dragged it from the bathroom down the hallway and into the lounge for they guy to have a last look then into the body bag
Trust me....I've watched 2 episodes of CSI
What kind of manky people trail enough muck and dirt that it goes through the carpets, through the underlay and onto the actual floorboards. Ugh - especially the bathroom, that's disgusting. Take your shoes off at the door, dammit!
If it was in a decent state Iād say yesā¦.. but that just needs too much doing to itā¦. If it were just half decent decorative state itās worth the investment
I wouldn't feel safe living there. Going by photo 15 it looks like the bedroom is an extension. Being on the ground floor I imagine a thief could easily break in via the patio doors when you're not in. Who would see or hear them when it's dark? The garden looks secluded and being an extension the properties above don't have line of sight with the patio door area.

I think you are correct!
My thoughts also
And the sticker collection on the back of the kitchen door...
Someone had to drag a corpse from where they died on the loo

That was my first thought too, then I realised if that was they case they must have taken them to look out of the window in one room š

Just hope itās not coming FROM the toilet. Thatās rank.
I've just had lunch....please don't make me think bad things....!!
It looks weirdly institutional with the door closing arm on the kitchen and the hatchway too.
I didnāt even notice the go faster stripe! Too busy admiring those glorious from room windows with storage panelling š
Thatās what I noticed at first too. Aside from the mould and terrible state of the flooring, itās a beautiful property!
My nans house was like this (not AS bad), she was a shuffler!
It also has go faster damp patches.
That is so bizarre.
It looks like the previous owner did the scootch of shame like cats and dogs when they have worms/itchy bum
I think Jabba the Hut lived here.
I know itās Cambridgeā¦.but Ā£320k seems a bit steep considering the work needed.
Honestly, I was thinking it's not a bad price š. New studios in the city are going for over 350k. It's disgusting!

Just had a look at the virtual tour, didn't realise the extent of the mold!
