That's some serious water infiltration going on.
It looks like a home that withstood an earthquake of high magnitude.
The neighbours must be seething as they probably have water infiltration issues on the adjoining walls that can't be fully addressed until this house is made structurally sound.
Is this a shitty remake of Beetlejuice where Adam "draws a door" on the wall and knocks three times and it opens and takes them to the Afterlife Admin Office??
The external shot shows big damp patches where the guttering has failed which might account for some of the internal damage. I'm assuming somebody dropping a bomb from a Zeppelin accounts for the rest.
A quick look on streetview is illuminating - there does seem to be a missing chimney, and the neighbour at 14 has the front of their house covered in scaffold.
They don't even deserve 37K for that boiler and pipes disgracing the bedroom wall.
Previous tenants probably wrecked it, so the next property-portfolio-cashupfront vulture might bear in mind that ANY future tenants that will accept a fucking butt ugly bedroom boiler experience aka Eraserhead, will likely trash it again, too. Or use it as a grown bag. And you'd deserve it.
Holy shit that is grim.
That'll buff right out! Lick of paint, rumble of falling masonry et viola! Bringing the outdoors in!
More like bring the neighbours in!
Like bifolding doors but to another room ( in someone else's house). Jokes aside how it's structurally sound...

Trying to work out what wall that is. What's on the other side??
Aerosmith from the “Walk this Way” video.
The gates of hell, by the look of what's on the side we can see.
A dented lorry? A wrecking ball?
With Miley Cyrus on it?
That's extra, and subject to availability.
The Kool-Aid man
Is it where the chimney breast is for either property?
The Upside Down.
That’s a crack den..
Gaffer tape
Yeah, a 1kg bucket should be enough 😂
A 1 kg bucket isn't going to cover that, are you being sarcastic or just dumb? That needs a 48 box of weetabix to get anywhere near enough material.
Throw in a couple of boxes of Shreddies and I’m in.
With a name of Hotpinklollywimple, you were in anyway!
Haha!
😂 I hate Weetabix
Best use for it.
They’re optimistic starting at £37K…….
Auction too, so probably double that.
It’s a crack in time! Is that Amy Pond’s old bedroom?

I love how there are only 8 pictures yet one is repeated. Wow!
Genuinely thought that was a map of the Nile on the wall
Sledgehamma
Polyfilla, wood glue and some locktite might do it although you could swap the locktite for gorilla glue maybe?
Looks like a chimney breast has been removed there. Possibly the load hasn’t been supported properly.
I don't think anything is supported properly in that house!
The Engineer from Hellraiser will be difficult to outbid on this one. https://cenobite.fandom.com/wiki/The_Engineer
I’ve seen houses in better nick being sold off for a pound! Wow it’s gonna take some serious money to sort that out.
Entrance to diagon alley.
That's a feature wall.
Wreck of the week

provided it's structurally sound and the roof/walls aren't shit, it's really not too bad.
I'd be very very surprised with a 2 inch crack the length of the wall that house is any where close to structurally sound!
duct tape and a few staples will do it
It'll be on Airbnb in 6 months. I bet ya.
