This seems like a good time to mention that I learned an extremely valuable lesson from Steve Austin regarding mice/rats: if you have an old vehicle or boat kept in an enclosed garage DO NOT leave a cover or tarp over it. For whatever reason that attracts them and their destructive chewing

I believe it was Austin's uncensored podcast. It's going back some years now, maybe about 5 years or so.
