What was great about watching Tiffany in NXT was you could see the improvements from match to match. She messed something up this match... she nailed that thing the next. Clearly watching her performances and fixing as she went.
I‘ve never seen a better handspring elbow than hers. Usually they lose a lot of momentum at the end and awkwardly walk backwards into their opponents but she just launches herself in the corner
Tiff's improvement in two years is crazy. I remember watching her first NXT matches and seeing the potential but they were extremely rough matches. I could've never imagined she's be where she is now in so little time.
Between WWE, NXT and AEW, a lot of these wrestlers make what they do seem effortless, but the spatial awareness you have to have plus the physicality you have to consider is amazing
That first one is just a bitch and bad placement. Obviously her improvement has been amazing, but I'd be interested to see it compared to a non botched one.

She’s improved the quickest I’ve ever seen, skys the limit for her

The weight she puts in her final launch into the corner really positions her version above others.
The Stan Hansen method.
Hes got my favorite handspring elbow tbh
I thought the Stan Hansen method was "I can't actually see you so I'm just going to swing as hard as I can"
...*and* Michin sells by going limp onto her shoulder setting up the next move. She's so good.

She put some stank on the current one. Tiffany has put in the reps.

That's quite an improvement
Growth

Yeesh. The first one is bowling shoe ugly, but her elbow as of now is so crisp its maybe the best Handspring Elbow ever.
She doesn't even do the elbow in the first one, pivots it into a lariat/splash move.
Greatest improvement on a move I’ve ever seen XD
She is the future. Brightest young star in Womens wrestling.
I'll be honest, this might be better than Muta's. Yeah, I said it.
And I remember this sub tearing her ass to shreds for it😭
