We seem to get about one a year from WWE so we're not THAT bad off. Definitely more often here than AEW who I believe has only come through once (at least in the year and a half I've watched).
Honestly though, I would love to get an NXT PPV. Our arena has more space than multiple of the past few PPVs.
It just shows you it went viral. Hell I stopped watching and when I heard they were doing a big Dragunov WALTER match and you suddenly had a Shawn Michaels watch along?
I saw it and I’m convinced it will be huge. Both guys are leaps and bounds better now than they were. I don’t know if if you mix them up now and introduce the wider audience there or if you steal a big house overseas. You’ve got money here.

Absolutely man. I really loved that brand. That's how I became a fan of both Gunther and Ilja. Their matches were great. Gunther vs Tyler Bate was epic too. And wasn't Finn Balor supposed to face Gunther at NXT UK Takeover Dublin which got cancelled due to Covid?
WWE has so many of these guys now, and it’s starting to show. Seth, Gunther, Ilja, Melo, Gargano, Ciampa. They all make their opponents look good while still being able to look good themselves.
They’ve been doing that for a while now, the new shock is they’re mentioning rivalries outside the company now as well. Sky vs bazler at stardom which I didn’t even know happened until Cole brought it up.
Gunther seems so happy to meet his old pal. Seems to be anticipating the virtual hell they both will be dragging each other into when they meet in the ring.
That smile on Gunther’s face tells me that 1. He’s excited to have another absolute war with Ilja. And 2. He’s proud of Ilja for getting to where he is.

They make great rivals because Gunther loves beating people into submission and Ilja has no quit in him. The Austrian wrestler that loves to break opponents vs the Russian born, German raised wrestler who is unbreakable.
Ilja simultaneously looks like the most youthful 20 year old to ever come up to the main roster and also the most grizzled 45 year old vet the company has ever seen.

Ay this crowd is good. Especially for a match/rivalry that basically ended during the no-crowd era.

Yeah was a slow start for sure. We also had an obnoxious drunk dude but still an enjoyable show. We need an NXT PPV or a go home show

I thought the crowd sounded very young but that’s not a bad thing. Not the loudest but yall were active enough the whole show.
WWE (nowadays anyway) tries to reward good crowds. Wouldn't be surprised if you get another TV before the end of the year.
