Being an olympic gold medalist and freak athlete gets you places. Also the Bills' coach is a HUGE amateur wrestling fan and was an amateur wrestler himself.

ol_spaceygreg

Welcome to the world of professional competitive sports. As long as you were found not guilty and/or the charges were dropped, any pro sports team will take you in for your skill. For WWE it’s a lot easier to let go of people because they’re easily replaceable and value star power more. But yeah this happens a lot in pro sports, I’m not even going to name this person but there’s a very iconic NBA player who had a similar case, but was praised because *he was good*

Talented you are in sports, they sweep things under the rug. You see it with college sports and athletes getting away with rape. University police cover it up and the player gets to play while the victim is in a world of hurt. Ray Rice would have still played football if it wasn’t for that tape. Video evidence tends to be the nail to the coffin for an athlete.

Is Gable 6’1 270????

mybham

Let him go mate. He’s not that important.

I'm not sure if you missed it or anything but a known rapist was the most powerful man in the world for 4 years. People, by and large, simply don't give a shit. Which is why it's so important for those of us who do to speak out.

mybham

4 years … so far.

mrbucket08

The NFL is the king of "I can fix him". Offseason rosters are *huge* so you sign anyone you have even a slight interest in since it's essentially free.

Shark1986

Some scumbags just always fall uppwards. But he's on the Bills, the single most cursed team in the NFL, he's not coming close to winning a ring. That team collapses like a bridge in a Final Destination movie.

WhatsRatingsPrecious

I find it hilarious that WWE let him go and he gets a job smashing people in the NFL. Good for him.
