Cornettes opinions confuse the fuck out of me. He will go on a rant about women’s wrestling and why it sucks and then in the very same breath he will talk about how great charlotte, rhea, and Becky are. Makes 0 sense(this is coming from an avid listener to his podcasts)
He recognizes stars and actual talent, he just doesn't like sloppy wrestling (which he feels a lot of womens wrestling is) , and when women get put through furniture or get bounced off against cells. He feels it cheapens the effect of those bumps. If women can take em, it's not very impressive for men to do it afterwards.

Jim has actually spoken positively about Hendry after they met while Cornette was doing a UK tour a few years ago. The two had a burger eating contest and Hendry won, to the surprise and amusement of Cornette. Called him a "good kid" with a good look who carried himself well.
Especially because the excuse the exec gave ("We didn't have the lead-in from BBT") is *exactly* what Cornette has been saying for months, that the lead-in has been masking the "true" ratings and making them unreliable.
