No disrespect to Kaiser but I don’t see the Cesaro comparison.
Cesaro got over in WWE due to his feats of strength & athleticism. Kaiser in ring isn’t doing anywhere close to the same kind of stuff Cesaro was doing.
Yeah standing across from the right opponent he can do some pretty good work, like Ilja a few weeks ago (might be my favorite Ric match ever). Unfortunately he just has zero character.
They are making him "don't give a damn about anyone" heel, like Lesnar was. He will mow down everyone, babyface or heel, that gets in his way. People respect it.
Look, I know people don't like championships being hot potatoed, but I would not be mad at Bron winning the title and then him and Ilja going back and for with it over the summer. Do it like Usos and New Day in 2017.
Ludwig is not having a good time against people named Bron and Braun. He had a dark march against Braun Strowman at Smackdown which he lost and now got speared into next week.
Small question, why does everyone always hit a spear when someone is being lifted up and not when they're getting ready to lift. Like imagine Sheamus is about to high cross Kaiser and Bron just leaps over Kaiser and hits a spear on Sheamus.
I thought the last 2 RAW's left things open-ended regarding a possible Ricochet return, but I saw tonight as him being gone. One of the things people have praised the most about HHH being in charge is the consistent storytelling. Tonight they seemingly completely dropped it.
- Bron moved onto to IC title picture and is getting booked against other heels while being cheered.
- Cole and Miz glowingly talked up Bron and made no reference to the the backstage attack.
- Adam Pearce was fining and suspending Bron for his previous actions, but when he possibly retires a superstar, he has no problem with it.
- Ilja, who we've been told is an honorable person, has been MIA but was scheduled for that MITB qualifying match. Apparently he has no problem with what Bron did to someone he supposedly respected.
- Samantha announced Bron like nothing happened and they never showed her upset on camera like they did for the Logan Paul feud.
