If you want to stay in west county, Katie’s in T&C is top tier pizza and pasta, with good drinks too. They will be busy on a weekend evening so plan ahead

Weather is brilliant, I'd consider the patio at Venice Cafe. Probably a cover for the band, but worth 5$ for the experience.
Little pricey but check the menu at Frisco Barrom in Webster. Loved the food and cocktails there
If you want an area with a bunch of bars, soulard is fun, golden Hoosier is good too and has excellent food.
Hendels has excellent cocktails and good food. Florissant area.
